The instal for my washer and dryer was top notch. I was Leary at first buying from big box store but I had bought locally and had such a bad experience I sent everything back and went to Beat Buy. Do not regret it. Handled all products in my house like professionals.

I bought a wash machine from Best Buy and had it Installed and the old washer hauled off. The 2 gentlemen that showed up were great. They removed the old washer and installed the new one in about 15 minutes. They carried each one in and out by straps they did not use any dollies or carts. So if you are the type of person that dose not want their carpet or floor tracked up. Rest assure that won’t happen with these guys. They did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them for your next install.

Washer installation was extremely easy to set up and took no time. Set up in less than 15 minutes and everything works properly.

On July 5, Franco Munoz and his helper Vicente delivered and installed my new washer and dryer, and hauled away the old ones. They were great- on time, efficient, located them in a tight fit, and cheerfully hauled them up many stairs! Strong positive recommendation. I think they are with the JB Hunt service provider.

The two men who installed my washer and dryer were very professional and did an excellent job. If I have anything negative to report had nothing to do with the installation and everything to do with the haul away with the old washer and dryer. They both sat outside the back porch for well over a week.

Hello, my experience with the install crew of two was ok. The guys were polite enough, didn't damage anything getting it through my apartment . Took only a minute to connect washer hoses to plumbing..simple. And they left with box, no washer to remove, didn't level machine or make any diagnostic checks.

The guys who came out and did the installation were great - quick, friendly, and efficient.

Really easy quick install. The only thing is that there was some kind of miscommunication. They sent an install tech instead of a service tech. Delayed my prob. For a couple of weeks

This was one of the best service/installs that I have had. The washer dryer set was brought in and set up quickly. Basic in and out. Best service and delivery team.

I didn’t get a text the day before, so when they hadn’t arrived 15 minutes before the end of my 4 hour window, I was concerned that I hadn’t signed up for texting or some other issue had arisen. A few minutes before noon they texted to say they were on their way. A notice from the scheduler at the beginning of the day just saying where you are in line would be appreciated. . Once they arrived, the installers were excellent. Efficient and informative.

I was very pleased with the two guys from the Best Buy install team. They were working together like a well oiled machine. They worked very fast but also did a very nice job!

Instillation was a breeze thanks to Best Buy. They came out on time and got everything hooked up for us with no issues.

Delivery and installation is a bit of a luxury for me. I'm a hard worker and have seen lean days. So to "splurge" and have someone else take care of us means I hope they'll do a good job. Indeed, the unit was delivered without a scratch. There was no disruption of our home, and especially the installation was quick and thorough. Lastly, the representatives gave me a great understanding of how to care for (a washing machine in this case) and explained what they did so IF I needed to move it, I would know how to do so safely and protect the machine from breaking. Thank you!

Best Buy, The answer is in its name. The install was done quickly and Carefully. The installers reviewed all the features of my new washer and dryer. I'm a long time customer and have never had any issues that wasn't immediately addressed and resolved. Stress free from purchase to installation!
