Very nice delivery persons. Super mindful of our home and went above and beyond. They were done in 30 minutes.

The delivery staff was clean, extremely polite and courteous. Old appliances were carefully removed, and new ones brought in carefully for install. Only had a couple issues with the service. Delivery staff showed up without a call before, we were expecting them, but they showed up before 8AM so it caught us off guard on a Monday. Tape was left on both the washer and dryer after install. Both my units are black stainless, so there is no reason I would want to look at white tape, especially since these units are more expensive than the white version. This wouldn’t have been a problem, but it was left under the stack mount for the dryer. Installer tried to get most of it upon my request, but there is still some there if you know what you’re looking for. Washer was slightly off level after the install which caused vibration during the spin cycle. I had to pry up the front and lower a foot, just thought this should have been part of the installation while we had easier access to the washer itself before we stacked the dryer. All and all I am happy with the service, just thought there were some things which should have taken place and didn’t.

The install was fast and easy and the washer works great. The technician tested it prior to leaving.

They didn't do it because i told them i would but they where more than willing and help me with other things.

I PLACED MY ORDER FOR THE ‘LG’ WASHER ON SUNDAY… IT WAS DELIVERED ON THURSDAY. THE TECHS WERE ON TIME, VERY PLEASANT, AND HANDLED THE INSTALL WITH NO PROBLEM. I AM VERY PLEASED AT HOW EASY AND SEAMLESS THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK PLACE.

I was very impressed with my 2 install guys. They arrived early, were very courteous and careful and were in and out in a timely manner.

Good no problems getting it into the basement, and water hookups were there for convenience!

The first crew wouldn't attempt install said the hoses were corroded and they were afraid they would break something. They said call a plumber. What it took was couple shots of WD40 and after 5 minutes and a full turn with channel locks we had that done. Second crew in and out in about 20 minutes no problems. Both crews were polite but crew 1 needed something more than they had???? It was 4 days between crews I wasn't happy and let Best Buy know that and they made it right. Happy customer again (;^)

The installation went well and the delivery guys provided great service. They explained everything before they left. Installation didn't take long at all.
