They could have been a lot more diligent about making sure the product was placed correctly.

I also paid for the removal of the old machine and they left it in my backyard. I had them come back to get it and it took a week.

Needed service

Hooking up a washer not a job you ask your wife to do. They hooked up the new one and hauled the old one away. We have small kids and need a dependable washer almost daily. Samsung is a trusted name for me.

The delivery and install went like clockwork

The delivery was at the beginning of the estimated window. The old washer was removed and the new one installed in less than 30 minutes. I was shown the features of the washer and ensured it worked properly. No mess left behind.
