All the people we engaged with were very pleasant and capable, but this was a string of one thing after another: - Our first deliver/install/haul date no-showed after we had waited at home for over 7 hours, were told we would get it that night, just later than our window, then were told it wasn't happening that night and we would have to contact bby to reschedule - Later that evening, an online button appeared to reschedule the service. The next avail. date was a full 5 days later which I took reluctantly. And then, by the next morning, the morning my booking had updated to say the installation wasn't available then, just the delivery. So that wasn't going to work - it was not easy to find the right number to call, and was on hold for awhile, but got rescheduled for 2 days earlier with help from a very friendly representative - On that date we again waited the full 6 hours of our window, but at least delivery and install happened. However, our nice install guy informed us haul away couldn't happen because our old washer had water still in it (which was true). - He left, we got our old washer drained and called for a haul away. It was too late for him to come back, so we had to call geek squad directly again...and haul away got scheduled for a full 3 days later - ergh! - A very friendly crew came this morning and hauled away the old washer at the crack of dawn. After they left, with more space to maneuver and finally run some loads in the new washer, we realized the hot and cold hoses are switched in how they were installed. So now we have to fix that on our own, or, I guess, call and wait another several days for help (so we will fix it on our own). Again, really nice people trying their best to help at every stage, and I think/hope we're going to like the washer a lot, but a tough experience overall!

Machine was installed and setup even though the water hose is not quite long enough. He provides no optional solution and the configuration is very unpleasant.
