All went well with the exception of they didn’t leave me the wrench for leveling the feet and it’s hard to get in there with a normal wrench.

No issues nor damages of any kind! The scheduling process was also great! Super easy and communication from the moment I scheduled the installation to the moment the gents arrived at my home was super!! Thank you Best Buy!!

Washer and dryer delivery and install

The two gentlemen were very nice and accommodating. They worked very well together. They installed my units, tested both and showed me the basics. They gave me all my manuals and cleaned up the area. I was very pleased with the whole thing.

The driver was dishonest

He lied and said that i had to but a simi rigid vent and he couldn't install that day. He knew the parts were in the dryer but acted like they weren't. Earlier in the day the dispatch said the driver was running late. When he arrived he was in a hurry and said this would take 10 minutes, which sounded odd to install a washer and dryer in 10 minutes. But he didnt intend to install the dryer. all the parts where inside the dryer that he needed. How would he not know that? we went 3 days without being able to use our new washer/dryer because of his lie. The next Bestbuy install person was annoyed with this guy for doing this.

However, the delivery personnel were remarkably careful, courteous, and used all necessary precautions. We had a great experience, and recommend the delivery services with no reservations.
