Very impressed with the 2 men who installed.

Compared to other large suppliers of major appliances that I have dealt with in the past, and their deliveries and installers, I was surprised by the much greater quality of service that I received from these guys at Best Buy.

Excellent Service

The employees were very respectful and efficient. I received a call telling me when the employees would arrive and they were right on time. Best Buy does an excellent job of training not only for the installation but also the attitude of the employees. Great job!

GE Washing machine and installation

The washing machine is very good, and complies with my needs. Best Buy is an appliances provider that answer all the question and they have a service department that provide a good service back up. Arrived on time, unloaded material expeditiously, installed in an extremely difficult and tight laundry room closet, efficiently cleaned up, having disconnected our old machine and transported it to the garage. Should add that the closet was on the scond floor so they had to carry the machines down and up.

Installation- good when it happened

They were friendly, answered any questions and quick. The problem was actually getting my product delivered! Best buy took 3 different times to deliver my washing machine. The initial delivery date, they never showed or called. So I called them and even tho online I saw my item was out for delivery, apparently my item never got loaded onto the truck. The 2nd attempt was the same thing, no show no call. They finally got it delivered a third time. I called multiple times to ensure delivery, but it didn't really work. I also never got called back after being told by 3 different people someone would contact me.
