Professional, Honest Installers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was told that the installers may not install the washer unless I had new hoses, which I purchased. When they came, they checked my hoses and said I did not need new hoses and I should return them for a refund, which I did. They checked that the machine was level and ran through basic operation. I was very pleased.

Water left

When removing old washer,water must have came out of line when disconnecting. Water was left under the new washer with dirt. Had to pull out to clean up water. At first, thought something was leaking.

They inspected the washer with me and I had a new one deliver a week later to due the first one had some uneven parts. They were amazing! Was able to use it right after they installed it.
