The 2 Installation guys were great! They were on time, organized and did the job efficiently. The sales agent told me that my old Samsung pedestal would fit my new Samsung washer but he was wrong!!! They took away the good, old pedestal and balanced the washer. Service better than the sales agent. Wish I had another pedestal as bending down isn't good for my back.

For the most part, the Geek Squad did a great job of removing our old washer and installing the new one where I wanted it. The squad was efficient, clean and thorough except for the lack of complete user instructions for someone they knew was new to a front-loader. They were too perfunctory. They were friendly and arrived on time.

The installers were very professional and the installation was completed in less than 15 minutes.

The Best Buy Washing Machine Install Team was OUTSTANDING. Polite, efficient, on time, no banged walls, showed us machine, ran initial test cycle, ... all great. This type of service is more than welcome. Shout out to the Best Buy Sales Associate and the Best Buy Service Team! When I needed to call back and reschedule the old machine pick up / haul away, the Service Team was great. The whole process from purchase at Best Buy, to install, to rescheduled haul away was EASY! We love Best Buy!

The installation guys came and did their thing nice and quick. We haven't had any issues because of their help.

Fast, easy installation. I thought I would need longer hoses because I was switching new machine and old dryer positions but installers installed it fine with 6 foot hoses. I was able to quickly clean where the old washer was, before they brought in the new washer but wasn't quick enough to clean where the dryer went. I should have insisted that I needed time to do that,but that's okay I guess. Possibly installers should ask the customer if they want the opportunity to do that? It might be the only time I will be able to clean under and behind the unit. But it would slow down installation a bit.

Two gentleman came out to the house and installed the washer, dryer and pedestal units and had everything hooked up in less than 45 minutes and they did a great job!

The best buy employees were great. They installed everything within 10-15 minutes while removing my previous washing machine without any issues. They showed each portion of the washing machine and best parts. They were polite and courteous.
