Delivered and installed just as promised!

Delivery and installation were made well-within the allotted time frame. Clean and professional installation. Made all connections properly (unlike last Best Buy delivery several years ago). Also hauled away old machine. Very pleased with delivery/installation service.

Tools needed for new washing machine

Geek squad not up to speed

But I received wrong information about calibration of drum & water level. Was told I didn’t have to worry about it that the machine would give me a fault code if there was a problem. Read owners manual and it “highly recommended “ calibration! Also if you don’t buy the required stainless steel hoses they would not install washer. Mine were in perfect condition. A money making scheme! Want to return washer but I’m apparently over the very short return policy. Poor business!
