The Geek Squad was very professional and efficient.

Great On time, hauled away the old inefficient appliances

Installers were on time. Very nice and professional. Once removed old washer they installed new washer. Made syylevel and ran a quick cycle. I had already removed the old washer and hoses from area for them.

The gentlemen that installed my washer were awesome. They answered all of my questions and did not leave my home until I told them I was satisfied. I cannot say enough about how professional and nice both of them were.

Well I did pay for a 6-ft hose and they brought a 2-foot hose so I had to go buy a new one at home Depot

We waited for months to have our washer installed because we were systematically lied to by Best Buy Customer Service. Other than that, it was swell!

I wish i remembered the names of the two people that installed and set up my washer. They were clean, efficient, and quick. I was very impressed with their service.

Guys were quick but efficient and did a great install

This was my 2nd try for this washer love the see thru lid, very attractive look nice big size, but several things went wrong after only a few days. It only worked on certain cycles, Deep fill really was not deep fill barely covered the clothes. A few times of selecting Deep fill it just bounced back and forth would not let me select anything had to turn off washer and start over. I left the room and heard a big bang it was on the wash cycle with no water therefore through the clothes all to one side. Hate the water sensor need to do away with this my clothes did not smell clean nor were they clean. Overall this washer should be taken off the market after the 2nd try and some of the same things happening the 1st latch fell off on the lid and it made a creak noise every time I leaned in the get my clothes out. I went into Lowes to check same model and leaned on it and it made no noise like the one I had. I would have to say I will not buy another Maytag and was told by several used appliance shops I will be lucky to get 3 years out of any washer they are all cheaply made. My Mother had a Maytag lasted for 20 years when I was growing up. It is sad to say there is no pride in workmanship today not a happy customer. Sent the washer back/

So far the washer has been great. Only issue is that it vibrates so much that the machine actually moves across the floor. Had to buy anti vibration pads

The installers were very nice, and were extremely careful to not damage any walls or floors. Unfortunately they hooked up the hot and cold water lines wrong despite my asking them to make sure they were hooked up correctly
