The geek squad brought my washer and dryer out, called me first to make sure I was home. They were happy to push back the time to allow for some other household repairs to be made before they came, took door off hinges and hooked everything up in a tight space. Very friendly and efficient.

Hiram and Carlos did an exemplary job of installing the washing machine. They both completely followed Covid-19 protocols; were friendly, competent, and courteous during the installation process and when demonstrating to me how the machine operated.

Very professional crew, didn't waste time getting washer installed, asked questions about how we wanted the unit positioned in the room. Showed how to operate and showed and described all features, and ran one complete cycle. Picked up all plastic and cardboard that came with the unit and hauled it away.

The 3rd party installers of my new GE washer and dryer, Jose and Emilio (Pilot Delivery) were excellent in every way: Care of customer property during installation and haul away, courtesy toward customer, efficiency in operations, etc., well done The Best Buy 'back office' was the worst customer experience I've EVER had; My delivery was scheduled for THREE separate dates, 11/27, 12/2, 12/3, one of which separated the Washer from the Dryer on successive deliveries with NO SHOW installers until the last delivery scheduled on 12/5/24 was completed. This FUBAR performance by Best Buy required my forfeiture of time (several HOURS) for EACH failed delivery, accordingly...waiting for a Customer Service Rep....time that is NON-recoverable. For recorded calls, refer to Brian McKinny who was the ONLY Best Buy agent willing to listen and record/take action on my behalf, but no follow up by him for the 12/5/24 delivery. Best Buy's CSR Arturo, is among the others who falsely instilled confidence that WAS NOT delivered in securing a guaranteed Promise delivery date of my GE washer and dryer. Detail: 6 feet ( X2 for H&C ) of water supply lines in braided stainless is TWICE the length necessary for connection to faucets. I asked for a replacement with 2 - 3 foot water supply lines and was told by installers to send my request to Best Buy. Right; that will never happen nor be delivered. Best Buy's system of logistics leaves MUCH to be desired. Best Buy's Mr. McKinney offered $100 'rebate' for my inconvenience, an inadequate amount, given the above circumstances. The guys who performed the washer installation did so in a very professional manner. They accommodated my needs and cleaned up some mess from my old washer really nicely without even asking.

There was corrosion on the valves and the installers recommended not touching them for a reason -- leaks all over could happen. So i called my plumber to replace the corroded valves for proper installation. Works!

They installed this like champs! very fast and easy

This machine holds a lot! But, the delivery was delayed and they took our tools with them when they left. Nobody at Best Buy seems to care.

Nothing too hard, but they make it look real easy!

Install team did a nice job fitting the washer & dryer into a tight spot. Only downside was I had to remind them to leave the shipping bolts to use in case we ever need to move.

The washer was delivered two days late, but this was not the fault of the installers, but rather the warehouse in New Jersey The washer was supposed to come with the dryer but it didn't. There were no installation problems, it was done in a few minutes. Nice friendly young men doing a good job.
