The guys who came to install my washer were very nice, polite, clean and neat - perfect gentlemen. It was delivered and installed during the height of this pandemic and they were very cautious and considerate regarding wearing their masks and keeping a safe distance. They had it up and running in no time, cleaned up the mess, loaded my old washer on their truck, and were gone just like that. Very happy with the entire experience.

My original purchase was delivery only but a few things had some damage but best buy quickly set up a replacement exchange and installed them for me for free My delivery and installers were fast professional & made sure i was happy before leaving couldnt of gotten better service I reached out to their boss to brag about them being understanding hardworking employees that definitely deserved praise

Great washer, even though the delivery people use my old hoes

The man who delivered and installed my new washing machine and dryer was great. There's an awkward turn at the bottom of the steps leading to the laundry room and he navigated with zero damage (compared to moving company who later took two chunks out of the wall). The installation was done in no time and he went through the settings and made suggestions for keeping the washer running efficiently and avoiding getting a musty smell.

I bought because my previous washer died. I wanted to make sure the new machine was energy star and this one was. It was a definite adjustment. I was used to machines with the agitators I think they clean better especially if you have pets. The cycles are longer with front loaders and if you have pets like we do. you will have to play with the cycles to find which ones work best. Just a bit of advice we found that using a laundry sanitizer or vinegar in the wash cycle helped when washing the dogs bedding. Sometimes after running a cycle the bedding still had a smell to me. It is also a good idea every 20 washes to run a quick cycle of just bleach through the machine to keep it sanitized. I also keep the door opened a little after washing to allow it to dry out. If not, you could get a mildew smell in your clothes. We got this in May and after 5 months it is efficient and easy to use. Like I mentioned you will have to play with the wash cycles to see which one works for what you are cleaning. The drum size is great for larger loads or king size blankets. Once you figure that out, you will be pleased with the purchase.

Get it installed, balanced and working to perfection. This was worth having it professionally installed and inspected. Left me with a good feeling knowing it was done right the first time. Also, had the dryer installed. Well worth it! No headaches and No worries!

The gentlemen that came in and installed my washer were quick and did a great job. They adjusted to washer to where I would like it and checked that it was powering on. They did not turn on the water hookups on the wall so I did have trouble with that until I figured it out. Washer is working well.

The installation crew was excellent. The only reason I'm not giving this review 5 stars is because of issues with the customer service center. In short: - the washer arrived damaged. The installation crew handled it perfectly, pointing out the damage, giving us the option of keeping the new washer while we decided whether to keep the unit (and receive a credit) or replace the unit. - we decided to replace the unit, and here's where the problems occurred... The first attempted replacement didn't include the replacement unit! Again, the installation crew handled it perfectly, calling while en route and asking if we were expecting to receive a new unit. In calling customer service, the Cust Serv Rep wasn't able to see my correct address and couldn't tell if there was even a replacement unit available in the area (even though I could see they were available for purchase from my local store) Fortunately, the replacement unit was eventually delivered and the installation crew again did a great job calling ahead, delivering, installing the new unit and taking the damaged unit away.

7 guys arrived to install washing machine. In fact they were earlier than expected which was great. They kept me informed about when they would be arriving. In fact they called the day before to tell me what time they would arrive the next day and then again the day of installation to say that they would be early and would that be ok. Both guys were knowledgeable, neat, and did a good job on installation.
