    Installers were on time, professional and did not make a mess at all. Tested the machine out and made sure the cycles worked.

    First installation was a disaster - the installers didn’t remove the shipping bolts so we thought we had a defective washing machine. It also smashed into the laudrey sink pipe and broke it. The second installation was done by a crew that knew what they were doing. Very nice and professional.

    I am a Total Tech member who purchased a GE washer and dryer in June of this year. The fine print stated that installation was included. I ordered the washer and dryer as a gift for my wife's birthday. The delivery was on time, but the delivery drivers said that they were not installers and could only hook up the washer as a favor. They unboxed the washer while leaving the dryer in the box. The washer was hooked up to water and the delivery drivers left. Ten minutes later, I walked through the hall and found a puddle of water on the floor. I called Best Buy and after an hour on the phone, they sent the delivery drivers back to install both appliances. Best Buy told me to tell the delivery drivers that they would "add this to their board to get paid" because I was a Total Tech member and was supposed to get free installation. When the drivers came back, they spent only 30 seconds looking at the washer and said that it was defective. They then left with my working washer and dryer, leaving me with the new but uninstalled GE washer and dryer. (This happened twice.) I called Best Buy again to correct this. They pushed my install date out a week and said that the reason for the confusion was that I had purchased the appliances through the Best Buy app and there was no prompt to select installation, only delivery. I told them that I had read the fine print, which stated that installation was included. I had to call Best Buy yet again, this time taking multiple hours to reach a resolution. After a couple of days, I was able to get my original washer and dryer back, which were not broken and in fact new with stickers. We had just purchased this home and these units came with the house. My wife wanted a larger washer that would match the house better, so this was the only reason for this purchase. When they finally brought the units back, they were unrecognizable, covered in dirt, dings, and dents! These were brand new with stickers, and you could not see them still intact. Not only that, but they just left them in the driveway while I had the door open and was waiting for them inside. No one said anything, just dropped them off and took off without ever speaking to me. It has been more than 5 days and I have still not heard from Best Buy or a supervisor. I have spent multiple workdays on the phone with Best Buy and a PTO day to resolve this issue. When I called today to check on my appointment, I found out that the agent did not add a replacement washer to my order, only my free installation. So now I am waiting another week for a replacementwasher and will need another day off to be home. When I finally got the replacement 2 weeks later, the exact same thing happened again! Water on the floor, Best Buy is gone, and I am still not able to complete laundry! Fast forward after repeating the process of calling for hours. Best Buy has scheduled a total of 10 appointments for me over a month. They missed all of them. I took 3 days off work for the first few appointments but then stopped because they kept missing them. They missed 7 more appointments after that. This has cost me a lot of time and money. I had to take time off work to be home for the appointments, and I also had to spend time calling and managing the situation myself. This has affected my last paycheck significantly. I have a one-year-old and the laundry is stacking up. There was a pool of water left on the floor twice, and this was a gift! There was also a $50 electronic gift card included on the original purchase and with all the returns and repurchases, plus waiting, and now it's not available. I have spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to resolve this issue myself, only to be met with unprofessional behavior from different Best Buy employees over the phone. I have been hung up on, lied to, cursed at, and told that this is my fault. I have also been told to get a contractor to fix the problem which I had to do to fix the water damage and reinstall the originals left in the driveway. This has been going on for six weeks, and I have upgraded to a more expensive washer and dryer to get this resolved. During this time, each time I called Best Buy it took 1-4 hours multiple days a week, the agents told me not to cancel the order or they would not be able to compensate me. After 3 PTO days and all the hours spent over the phone, 10 unsuccessful appointments, they offered me only $150 in compensation. This is not even one day's worth of pay for me and not worth doing business again after everything I went through paraphrased simply as possible summed up into a few paragraphs. I am very disappointed with the way that Best Buy has handled this situation. I am very disappointed with the way that I have been treated poorly and offered inadequate compensation. What would you do next? I am considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and also want to consider contacting my local news station or consumer advocacy group if I can not get this resolved.

    The 2 men that installed our machine were very nice and helpful in answering any questions about the product. If i buy something again that has to be delivered from Best Buy I hope it is the 2 gentlemen that delivered our washer. They were professional and very nice to work with! Thanks Best Buy for your service!!!!!

    Dryer is not that heavy like washer but when you need stackable option, you need this installation so no worries after that.

    The first one was left not working. They hooked the hot up so I could wash but it gave an error and wouldn't wash. So, I had to go to the laundromat until the replacement was delivered. The one line was left leaking so I had to put it in a bucket and empty the bucket twice a day. The cold part was broken on the washer. They took over a week to deliver a new washer!!! Then, either when they took the broken one out or put the replacement in they rubbed on my dryer and chipped the paint in multiple spots. It was just a bad experience overall.

    Our installers were on time and very efficient. Took time to explain operation and answer questions. But these comments were for the two men installing our machine. No guarantee that your installers would be these same 2 men.

    The first guy that came almost seemed to be looking for an excuse to not do his job :( First of all, addressed my husband as 'bro' not 'sir.' Then said we needed a longer vent piece and installation would have to be rescheduled. This seems like it should have been a quick fix by the installers having a piece like this on their truck, but we had to go buy it. The second guys who came were great, on time and installation went smoothly. We needed a longer gas hose, which they had on their truck. No excuses, was happy at the end.

    When the guys started to do my install they saw a small amount of water on the floor from my getting the old set out the night before. They cleaned it up instead of leaving the floor wet when the new set went in. I was grateful for them being on top on things so simple that I didn't even know needed taken care of.

    The installers weren't brilliant - there's a sink in there that they said was a problem even though I have installed literally five washing machines in the same spot. They did eventually figure it out.

    The delivery people were timely and courteous. The problem was the washer came dented. They infomred me someone from Best Buy would be contacting me to replace washer. Four days later, I hadn't heard from Best Buy so I stopped at the store and they said they would reorder and install on November 1st. November lst came and the team brought out washer to replae the dented one and the new washer was also dented. No small dent but a large dent on the side. They ordered a new washer but I won't get until the middle of December.

    Delivery men didn’t install properly. Washer sometimes walks somewhat across the floor when tub is spinning. Price dropped between purchase date and delivery. E-mails before delivery said if price dropped, The price would be adjusted automatically. It was not. When I called about this, I got the runaround from the store employee, who finally said l would get credited. Never happened
