One of the two spoke daily clear English , one did not. Got the job done although the machine seems to rattle the house when water goes in. I don’t think it should do that. I think the water hoses are too small

Went ok. Had to convince the delivery driver that they were supposed to install as part of purchase. Busy holiday season.

Guys came on time--a father and son. First, I noticed how friendly. The main installer pointed out that the original hose was installed improperly--too far into the opening for draining water. He installed it properly--was very instructive about it's use--and very careful in placing the washer. These guys were excellent.

The installers communicated well and arrived when they promised. Installation was prompt and they left the area clean. No scratches or gouges on walls from moving the large washers in and out. They ran the washer through a preliminary cycle, gave me a quick tour of the machine, and asked if I had any questions.

Our washer was installed completely...all parts were brought along and installed...nothing for us to do ahead of time. SOOOO nice. Some stores required you to have this or that already hooked up before installation. All we had to do was have old washer and dryer removed and Best Buy did the rest! Very courteous too.

The team that set up my washer and dryer did a wonderful job. On time, efficient, had their method together to remove old appliances. Checked their work before leaving. Hassle free set up. Thanks guys :)

Very professional installation. No problems at all

This service was great except that a longer drain hose was needed for the washing machine install and was left up to me to figure out along with apparently needing an adapter to the drain hook-up. I ended up having to call a plumber to do this as nobody at the hardware store had a clue what I needed to get and this is not my expertise. So while recommended if you are not a plumber or good with DIY plumbing or hardware stores that can help without seeing the connection you might consider this service.

On time, knew what they where doing, did the little extra step we asked them to do, cleaned up afterwards. Answered our questions. Polite, professional. Very happy with the installation.

People came and installed my new washer very well.

The delivery was very thorough and going over my machine and connecting all the hoses. He also explain to me the different settings and made sure I had the handbook so I could read over everything on the machine. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Fantastic! Courteous, professional, clean and careful installation. They called when they were 30 min out and we’re on time and in and out in no time at all. Wore masks the entire time and very nice gentlemen. No contact deliver!

The delivery was a success. Both guys did an amazing job going up and down the stairs. They were honest and reliable. They were on time and very helpful in also taking out the old unit. I highly recommend Best Buy for a washer and dryer.

The machine's computer died after one week; could not start the machine. The second washing machine is stiil working after 2 weeks. We will have to see if Maytag can live up to their advertising.

The installers quickly navigated the tight passage down to our basement, effectively removing the old washing machine and bringing down the new one in minutes. They hooked up, tested, and showed me how it would function (as well as giving tips on our dryer) within 30 minutes. Excellent service
