Brys and Nick were very efficient, competent, and professional. They have been here before, so I didn’t have to lead them to my remote home, & they knew exactly how to get the old washer out and the new one installed. I am very pleased with their work.

I can not stress enough how pleased i am with our local Best Buy delivery and install guys. They do a great job every time they come here. They you men that came out and installed my washer and dryer were very professional. They in crated my washer and it came in broken (at soap dispenser drawer). Boy was I upset. Not at them but about it being broken. They automatically called the office and with in one week I had a new one. Best buy is the best

Best installation crew ever. Installer knew so much about the washing machine he was installing he made my look bad in front of my wife. All jokes aside, all future appliance delivery and install will be done through BB & their Geek Squad.

Two guys delivered and installed the washer and dryer. they did and great joy, They knew what they were doing and could explain all the features that the washer and dryer had. They even took off the old pedestals off the old machines and put them on the new machines. Job well done.

The guys from Geek squad installed my Samsung washer, dryer and fridge. They were very careful and respectful to our house. They informed me how use my appliances and what to do to break them in properly. Thanks guys!

My washer and dryer is a closet on the second floor. They are also stacked. It wasn't an easy install but they did get it done. They did crack the overflow plastic base but it still works. That is the reason for the 4 stars.

The installation was easy and the men were knowledgeable about the product. He showed me all the steps needed to use the machine which has lots of settings.

The installer was on time and completed the job quickly. He even removed and re-installed the door of the laundry area. We had ordered new hoses which is typical for new installations but after he reviewed what we had he recommended we re-use the hoses since they were like new. Saved us money!

The workers who installed my newest washing machine did an excellent job! They were extremely careful about not scratching doors, floors, and walls while removing the old appliance and installing the new one. The installation was not rushed - making sure that every hose was securely fastened. I was very impressed!

Install of washer was okay. Neglected to turn on water to check if any leaking connections.

The installer called me multiple times that day keeping me posted of his arrival. I wasnt present for installation as I had to leave for work. He gave my Grandmother all the info and the problem he found. He also called me to explain what he told my Grandma. Very nice of him to do. Excellent service
