Very careful and respectful of the removal and installation of our old as well as our new machines. They were very cautious to not damage our floors, walls and other belongings. Quick installation and ran all tests before leaving.

I was confused because of the washing machine hose. The installation description on the website said it needs hose, but it didn't come to my cart automatically. The agent suggested to buy one just in case the technician didn't have their own hose. So I bought the hose, and they ended up using the one I purchased. The agent over the phone told me that the technician usually bring and use their own hose, so I am not quite happy with them using the hose I bought. I felt like I wasted my money for not-required item.

The team that delivered and installed my washer did a wonderful job and took the time to provide me instructions for the use of the washer.

I purchased two washers for different houses. One install went well but the other did not get installed. When you want to have Best Buy install your washer they will require you to purchase the connecting hoses. I understand this as they do not want a problem with existing aged hoses. When the installers ran into a problem with disconnecting an old hose, they refused to install. They didn't do any trouble shooting to remove the hose.

The 2 gentlemen were very timely and informed me the day before and also shortly before they arrived. They were very careful bringing the appliance in. Thank you Best Buy

The men who came to install our washer and dryer did an excellent job unpacking, unloading, installing, and explaining the operation of both the washer and dryer. I appreciated that they both wore masks when inside our house.

The washer install was good but the installers left grease and did not properly walk me through the process.

We are very pleased with our washer delivery and installation. Appreciated all the communication from Best Buy regarding the delivery and installation. Best Buy has been the best customer service we've experienced. Once again LG brand for our washer and dryer. Spot on, job well done!

I have had multiple exchanges of this appliance related to damage or malfunction. Some installations have been good and some not -leaving water leaking at hose connections for washer and crushing dryer hose and damaging dryer opening in back of appliance and not telling customer what did till customer pulled out dryer and saw damage. Some installations have been from 3rd party installers which did damage instead of Geek Squad.

Washer and Dryer is better than expected. Controls and performance is on line with previous Maytag's we have owned. Would recommend this unit to anyone. Had 12 years on last unit and it was still running strong. Needed a gas unit for new home so purchased the pair with installation an delivery from Best Buy.

The excellent service, very attentive when explaining the functions of the washing machine, very punctual in the delivery and detailed in the installation.

We recently got a new house and at the time of delivery I was not ready to have the washer installed as I still had some work to be done in the laundry room first. I asked the technicians to just bring the unit in the laundry room and leave all the installation hardware. The technicians seemed nice and friendly.

The installers arrived on the late side of the installation window, but removed my old machine and installed the new one in no time at all. They began the machine on a wash cycle to be sure everything was hooked up and working properly before they left, as well. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Zeke he was super nice. He wore a mask made sure everything worked. The second individual with him did NOT wear a mask inside my home.... this is NOT acceptable during a pandemic!!! They didn’t sanitize the areas they touched in my home. They came in my front door and left through my garage because my husband went out through the garage and forgot to close the door.( now more areas for me to disinfect) next time I make this kind of purchase I will have my husband pick it up and install it himself!!

I worked for Best Buy for 9 years in Maryland. The running joke was that we expected a damage claim or customer issue when an appliance delivery and install was being sent out. This team that came to our home was EXCELLENT! They were friendly, quick, efficient and professional. I was thoroughly impressed!

I ordered a new washer and dryer set a little under two months ago. When selecting my set online and placing it in the cart I added the installation to my order. I could not be more pleased with the two gentlemen who came to do the job. They were courteous, professional and cleaned up all areas as promised.

The first delivery team delivered a damaged item --- we kept it but did not use it --- the first delivery team assured us it was safe to use. The second delivery team with the replacement advised us that not using it was the best decision as we would have had serious problems if we did use the damaged item. Did not appreciate the first team not being truthful --- never anything wrong with saying this is damaged beyond use. Disappointed in the first team - very satisfied with the honesty of the second team.

Unfortunately the 1st washer leaked,,cracked drain hose during install. But to their credit came back same day, picked it up and retirned with new one in a few days

Best buy asked me to call and give them the information of which side the dryer was on so they could adjust which way the door opened. When they delivered, the door was on the wrong side still. I informed the men installing it and they said they aren't the ones who do that. I ended up taking the door apart myself to switch it and cut my hand on the edge of and inside piece. The dryer is nice and as far as being informative and nice, the installation was fine, but im disappointed about the door.

That's what you want when setting up a new washer and dryer it's a must have expected to be disappointed it you don't purchase this item for your new washer or dryer.
