It was painless didn’t take long. Just wish the guys would have given me the option to keep my old hoses on the old unit they took with them. I didn’t think about it until they left.

The installation guys were very cordial and went straight to work bringing the washer into the laundry room and getting it setup. They also gave me a quick overview of the washer which i really appreciated.

We’ve had a lot of frustrations with our install and delivery. This was for the exchange of our defective washer. We were initially told the window was 7am-11am, so we drove to our new house to be there for the appointment, only to find out the window had been changed to 10-12pm. It was really frustrating, because we had a second Best Buy delivery set for 12-4p, so we basically had to spend the whole day waiting in our unfinished house instead of Best Buy being able to use common sense and schedule these together. With that being said, the install guy was quick and did the job right this time.

Needed to buy a new clothes washer. Did not realize that our Geek Squad membership would save us real money: free delivery, free haul-away, and a discount on the extended warranty. Delivery and installation were fast and very satisfactory.

We were disappointed in the installation. The feet were supposed to be leveled and card board floor protectors installed. That did not happen. We have not yet figured out how to operate the machine. The installers would/could not answer any of our questions. They told us to read the manual and call Best Buy if we had questions. They left some, not many, packing materials in the street. They could not wait to get out of here.

They were great, on time professional did a fast install and excellent work. Great to work with and did a fantastic job and removed my old washer as well!

Along with the free delivery of our washer from Best Buy came the free installation and a course on operating the new washer. Wow I didn’t know it could do all the things it does. The installer took the time make sure it was all set up and that we knew how to use it. Great job.

The first time around my washer was just left there I had to get the washer returned because it was working working properly. The second time around the guy who installed the washer was really great! He had great customer service!

I love his washer. The installation was quick and friendly. It does it’s job quietly and efficiently. Would buy again. A+

The Best Buy install team was awesome. They went above and beyond with making themselves available to my schedule. The team was also able to make the most of the limited space in my laundry room to install the washer and dryer. Great job!!!

The two men that came to install my washer took it to my basement without no care of the sides getting scratched. When they took it down the side of the washer was rub against the walls and paint was all over the sides. They told me to just get a rag and rub it off it did come off. I think they should have took it off and not me. They also installed the waterholes all tangled.

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the first washer got to our house with a huge dent in it. The driver called it in and told me the replacement would come in two days. It took four days.

Service persons that installed our washer and dryer were very efficient and knowledgeable. They took us through the operation of the washer, pointed out the features, and were very patient about answering questions.

The best buy staff did all the installation but it is very simple just connect the how and cold hoses and plug the machine on the electrical outlet. Easy to install, the only thing with mine is that my laundry room is on the third floor, so I was not going to be able to bring the washer up there by myself.

The installation went very well. The guys were very knowledgeable, nice & respectful. They knew what they were doing. Would definitely request them again!!
