The 2 young men that set up my Washer & dryer were excellent! They were very respectful of my home & me! They both took great care that I was totally pleased with the set up... they even stacked my washer & dryer on previous pedestals from my previous set! Very professional!

the 2nd washer we got is so much nicer than the 1st 1 the install was great love the new one i reccomend best buy to all my friends thank you again

These men were young - but extremely careful when bringing in the machine (I live in an old house and manipulating around corners is difficult), they were very knowledgeable about the machine, and it was also great that they called to let me know the time when they would arrive.

Washer installation by GeekSquad was done accurately and explanations of how the wash machine works. They were polite and knowledgeable. I am happy with the installation,

The delivery installation gentlemen were very professional and helpful and kind. They were not the ones that were scheduled to deliver it but brought it to me anyhow since my delivery somehow got left behind because the first driver did not want to deliver it that day because I live so far out.

Was pleased with the service - initially there was an issue with tear in the vinyl but BB was quick enough to respond to the damage and pay for replacement. Washer and Dryer work great after their professional installation.

The installation services for my washer was excellent. The 2 reps setup and provided a quick run down of our new washer and provided info on who to call if there were any issues. They were quick, thorough, and professional. Thanks!

Men were a little late but did their jobs efficiently. They seem to have good training. Knew what they were doing.

The delivery and instalation was timley and profesional. They even showed how to operate the washer and started a cycle to clean resedue. Made sure I understood how to operate the washer corectly.

Spencer, Joa, and Little Francis were so great! They installed everything and explained everything perfectly. So grateful they were helpful and happy to help me. Honestly 10/10 I wish they could’ve helped us move everything into our new place.

They arrived on time and worked quickly, the only issue was that they should have asked me before moving the drain pan under the washer, as I'll now need to re-fit that at some point.

Does a great job on cleaning. Only drawback is the depth of the washer, it is hard to retrieve the cloths once the wash cycle is completed.

The installers were very nice and knowledgeable. They were so professional and polite. They did an awesome job and were in and out of my home in less than 15-20 minutes. I tried to tip them but they said they weren't allowed to accept tips. I hope that means that Best Buy pays their installers well.

The installers did a great job. Dryer has a steam feature and they split the washer water line to attach it. They were very fast and nice.

Best Buy hypes up free delivery, but it's not really free as you need to use their hoses and, of course, there is an upcharge for that -- otherwise installation was good
