The guys from Best Buy installed my washer quickly, but when I mentioned that it was on the wrong side, they just said it will work fine instead of taking the time to change which way the door opened. I could tell they didn't want to do it so I took care of it instead of making then do it and take the chance of them stripping or breaking something. Making someone do something they don't want to do usually makes a poor job that would need to be redone.

The two gentlemen who installed the washer and dryer were very professional and even swept the area before placing the new appliances in their place. Another successful Best Buy installation!

The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job of getting our washer set up. We would readily recommend them to anyone needing a washer delivery and installation.

Good trouble shooting, came back few days later to install after issue fixed. Friendly.

Installers did a great job, were on time, and I was updated throughout the entire process in a very timely manner by SMS. Zero complaints.

The young men that came to deliver and install my washer were very nice. They didn't make a big mess, as I feared they would. I would definitely recommend having the Geek Squad come an deliver/ install your appliances.

The first crew were in a rush. One guy carried the washer on his back up a flight of stairs, not the safest move, set it down a little rough. Washer ended up have a dent in the front and leaked. Don’t know if this was related but not surprised that there was an issue. Had to ask the crew to show my son how the washer worked. They were in a rush and was out the door before the short cycle was over. Washer ended up leaking, customer service was great to get a replacement ordered. The 2nd crew was far more professional and waited to see if there was any issues.

Best Buy may a big corporation but every time I interact with their service or sales staff it's like dealing with a local small business that appreciates its customers.

Good service and excellent delivery in and out in no time at all clean and took old washer.

The installer's failed to ensure that the dryer was working. Have to have a rep come out to check it. He was very knowledgeable and suggested that we change the wall plug. Once we did that the machine worked.

First attempt. Vent was oval builder's issue. 3rd party contractors. Did not follow install policies. Took form my new home front door. The 2nd attempt, was Geek Sqaud. Very good.

simple fast hookup. delivery guyd also brought new hoses and all the tools they needed. They called when they were on the way and came when scheduled.

Installers arrive within given window of time. Were efficient, polite, and did a very nice job installing new washer and hauling off old washer. They were careful not to scratch the hard wood floors and did not ding any furniture or doorways.

I know it's costly to pay for professional installation, but sometimes it's better to have a professional install your large home appliances (unless you know how to install yourself or you know someone who could do it for you).

First guy came out, left off the bottom cover. Did fast "in and out" job. So-so on his rating. Second time, two guys came, put on bottom cover, took their time, very nice. *****Brandon & Chris***** Great job!

The men that delivered my new washer were great. They were friendly and knowledgeable of the product

I've moved lots of appliances, but having the free installation was great! The guys put some straps under the washer which was connected to each of them via a backpack-ish harness and walked it up the stairs. I wish I had known about those when I was moved in! Easy, polite, professional, done right.

The guys were very professional! My only feedback is to make sure you check the appliances prior to them bringing into your home. They were eager to finish the delivery so I inspected inside; luckily there were no issues.

Not sure why I was given this notification to leave a review as I have yet to receive part of my order. The washer came, installation was taken care of and done phenomenally, we love it! Unfortunately, we have had the date of our dryer pushed back twice and it’s still a month out due to back order. Considering shipping and manufacturing issues, I understand how long it may take to receive— but I would not have bought the product if I knew I would not receive it when originally confirmed. I was not aware of the back order update until the day the washer came. It is also frustrating that I have to PAY FOR BOTH PRODUCTS BEFORE RECEIVING MY DRYER. To reiterate: service and support are fantastic: Devon, Gino, and Josh are knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly helpful during the process. The 1-star is purely for BestBuy, and to bring attention to the fact that MY ORDER IS NOT COMPLETE.
