Great installation crew, they were fast and professional, they walked me through everything and made sure everything was installed correctly and they made sure the area was clean before they left.

I think normally installation works out fine, but in our situation the cord for the Samsung Washer was not long enough so we had to go buy the correct cord and install ourselves.

I purchased an LG washer and this review is only for the delivery and install portion of that transaction. So far the washer is good. The delivery showed up in a timely fashion, it was even a bit early which was ok as we were home anyway. The people who came and installed it seemed friendly and courteous enough. They set it on a cycle that washes the machine to see if it was working but they left before it completed. This is where the issue comes in. We put our first load of laundry in and when it hit the spin cycle it started to make a violent noise and my wife thought the door was going to come off. I called back and the installer said that they were going to give me a call to come back and look at it for us. I never heard back from anyone. At this point, the washer seems to be working but the fact that they did not reach out to us after we notified them of a potential issue certainly leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I also forgot to mention that there was a wrench included in the package and they did not leave the wrench with us so that could be a problem if we move.

After waiting for a long time for my order to come in they installed my washer in a timely manner but dented the front of it and didn’t tell me and I didn’t notice until months later.

The crew called ahead to install a replacement for a damaged washer. They were very professional, had all the necessary parts, and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

The team was professional and courteous. They worked quicky and cleanly. They had to bring a few thingsnup to code, which was an additional cost, but pricing was fair.

The service personnel were very knowledgeable and shows expertise in this area. They were very courteous and test running the machine before leaving

The guys were mindful and careful putting in my washing machine.

They arrived early & quickly got old machines out& new machines in & did a great job. The only problem was the cold water hose wasn’t quite tight enough so leaked a little until I tightened it up.

The Best Buy Geek Squad installed our washer, and they used the installation tools. Not sure why we needed it.

These guys knew what they were doing and did it perfectly. They were fast and courteous. They set it up and removed the old machine in minutes. They were careful to keep everything clean too. The installer knew as much about the machine as a trained technician. Very impressive.

Install crew was friendly, helpful, and had everything done within about 30 minutes and that with having to remove the sliding doors off my laundry room to make room for the machines and even put them in my storage room for me!

The return process was pretty easy, although I was disappointed the installers could not handle the installation.

These independent contactors are the best installers I've had. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, cleaned up everything. They showed me special options on the washer.
