The guys who delivered and installed my washer and dryer did a great job. They were on time, professional, clean and quick. They hauled the old units down the stairs, and the new ones up, without any complaint. They also made sure not to leave a mess. I'm very happy with their work.

The driver's communication with us what great. Unfortunately, the delivery didn't happen until late afternoon despite it being originally scheduled for 8am - 12pm. We were home anyway that day so we didn't really mind.

The gentlemen who came to install my appliances were extremely professional, and courteous. They were on time, they worked hard at being efficient, they explained how to operate my appliances very thoroughly. I was extremely pleased with this process, and would recommend them to anyone.

We recently moved into a new home and made several purchases thereafter. Many people have been in my home but no one took more care with the delivery of any item purchased as did Bestbuy! Service is exceptional and everyone at the Mount Juliet store made purchases a breeze!

The two installers did a wonderful job very thorough and professional. They came at the scheduled time and they were very friendly which made the install enjoyable. I would have them back to do another install. Excellent work!

Due to an issue with dryer install this seemed average.

They had to come out here twice, they installed the dryer but didn’t bring the washer. Doors were suppose to be reversed but they didn’t bring the right tools.

Great washing machine, however for short folks, under 5', cannot tell if washing machine light is on nor can they see the color of the light if it is lit. Reaching in to remove clothes is not a problem.

Ivory and Stanford showed up on time, were courteous, and installed our washer and electric dryer quickly, and accurately. (although the hot and cold water were swapped, since the cold had red on the valve, and was assumed hot)

The Geek Squad removed my old washer and dryer and installed the new ones. The delivery was on time, the 3 delivery men were extremely polite, courteous, and respectful, and one of the men thoroughly explained how to use both appliances. I had an excellent experience with my delivery.

Of course my washing machine broke right as the SIP happened. After several weeks I was excited to hear that I could buy a new one through Best Buy and have it safely delivered. The terms were laid out in an email and I received a phone call a couple of days prior. Did I have a fever? Any symptoms? I was assured that the delivery techs would call me a half hour before arriving in the 6 hour window. They would be wearing gloves and masks. They would mark a 6 foot perimeter in the workspace. They would clean the workspace when leaving. I did not get a phone call before the arrival. One technician spent half of the time not wearing his mask properly (he slipped it on and off his nose, and put it back on when he saw I was watching, only to take it off when I wasn't). A six foot perimeter was not marked (not a huge deal since the washing machine is in a small room off the kitchen which we were not in). They did not clean before leaving. I was extremely disappointed that I was assured certain things would happen and they did not. I love my washing machine and I am grateful to have it. If Best Buy is going to promise safe delivery in a pandemic, they need to deliver on that promise.

Agent is very nice and knowledgeable about the product. He wasn’t able to install the dryer as the connection/outlet in our house should be for a gas dryer. Good thing he explained it to us. Thank you

My washer machine was either mishandled or not professionally installed. It was a 3rd party to bestbuy contract. Just look over ther installers work. Had my washer machine replaced and redelivered for a new one

The installation of our Samsung - 4.5 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Addwash™ High-Efficiency Front-Loading Washer with Steam - Black Stainless was done quickly and professionally. The installers were courteous and professional, tested the wash cycle and provided instructions for limiting mold and mildew.

The service installation was very professional, I was a little disappointed that they were not able to install my Gas dryer at the time of delivery, but it was not there fault it was the way my house was hooked up when built so it had to be corrected by a registered plumber.

The professional installer was top notch. Removed the old washer and replaced it with the new washer. He gave us instructions on how to operate and drain the lint catch at the bottom corner.

The gentleman who came to instal were professional. They took excellent care to insure no damage to my home while installing my wash machine . Kind and courteous.

The guy did a good job installing my washer. I asked a question about my old one, and he told me about being able to return the item if I did not like it. I'm glad he did because I did not like what I had received.

The delivery and installation service was done on time and very professionally. Also, they took the broken washer machine with them, saving me a lot of headaches. They followed the recommended safety guides for the pandemic.

Our washing machine is excellent. It has every cycle needed with all the bells and whistles at a reasonable price.
