Geek squad was very patient in explaining how to operate my new iPad.They helped set it up as they saw that I as a senior citizen was having trouble. Erica who helped was fantastic and deserves to be your employee of the month.

THE GUYS WERE VERY HELPFULL. THEY TRIED REMOVED THE OLD MACHINE. BUT COULDN'T ABLE TO INSTALL DUE TO RUSTED VALVES PLUMBING . I GOT IT FIXED. THEY WILL COME BACK THIS FRIDAY JULY 21 2017 TO RESUME INSTALLATION

So, no quality concerns. Installation was leak free and functional. But, not a lot of effort taken to minimize offset from the wall. Overall, not worth it if you are handy

It took about 4 weeks to get it appropriately installed but after the 3rd attempt, the job was handled quickly and professionally.

Since it is a new washing machine for us, we appreciate it very much if the installer gave us a little demonstration how to use it . Instead he said it is ready and here is the booklet how to use it.

As a precaution, I placed 1/4" plywood down on my new flooring so it would not get scratched up during the delivery and installation. I did not need to do this because the crew actually lifted the machine and carried it through my home and set it in place. The installation was quick. GREAT JOB

They were super nice and polite. They were efficient and careful to not scuff any walls. They even allowed me time to clean the area behind my old washing machine when they pulled it out before putting in my new one. The machine was tested and some features pointed out. They were great!

The first delivery was damaged. The second delivery the washer hoses were hooked up incorrectly. The 3rd delivery guy was awesome. He fixed the washer hookup issue and hooked up the dryer even though best vuy showed someone was supposed to come out the next day for install.

Great service from a great team. In and out in record time with no issues. Highly recommend this service if you need, can't install yourself.

Fernando and William did a great job of removing our old washer/dryer and installing our new LG washer/dryer. They also checked them for correct operation and explained a few details of maintenance to us.

The washer was installed with the hot/cold water reversed even though they are clearly marked and use the industry standard of hot on the left. This should have been immediately apparent to the installer as he ran the initial cycle. I am not implying that this was done intentionally, but it was definitely suspect. I might as well have installed it since I had to move the unit to access the back to disconnect and correct the hoses myself.

Excellent install and delivery of washing machine -- free -- just had to purchase the hoses -- delivery process was great and they kept me regularly notified -- installer was courteous, set up new washer, went through quick setup, hauled away old one -- all set!

Brandon worked with me through an electrical issue in my home to deliver and set up washer and dryer twice. They went above and beyond!

Installation team was excellent. Lead man was super polite. He even pointed out a very slight ding on the side that we never would have seen. And advised us what to do about it if we wanted to.

My LG washer washer is excellent. I press the artificial intelligence button, AI and it washes the clothes just as it should.

The installation was done on time and they were very pleasant and they finished up quickly.

Gentleman who came to install the washer was very professional. He provided clear instructions on use of the washer.
