Very Professional with the install and discovered my dryer had an issue while unpacking it. They took it back and ordered me a new one.

The guys who delivered my washer and dryer were polite, professional and personable. They were so careful when bringing them in and even showed me how to use some of the features I’ve never had before in a washing machine!

The guys who brought our washer did a great job. Because it needed to be installed in a nook, I was so glad they were there to maneuver it into place and get everything hooked up. I don't think I could have reached it all. They were fast, friendly and efficient. Totally worth it!

The movers were very nice and helpful. Our old washer leaked oil and transmission fluid. We cleaned the tile before installing the new washer, while he waited with the new one. The other repairman had removed the old one; didn’t tell us. Bryan was teaching the new repairman.

My only fault on the installation is it took 4 weeks to be completed as the washer was on back order. Not really their fault but I have to point a finger at someone? Other than that it went well.

Drivers called, we're ontime,installed the washer,and spent a little more time with my aunt who is 85 years so she would understand how to use it. I MUCH APPRECIATED that. I will continue to shop at Best Buy just on the customer service I received......Great Job

The guys installed the washer quickly. However they should be required to wear shoe coverings before they walk through the house.

Lets begin Jan 12th bought washer.Jan 16th washer delivered in pieces delivery crew dropped washer called best buy was told come down to store would have me new washer that day so I let them remove my old washer another mistake.Jan 17th showed up at store when they opened only to be told washer that day not in this lifetime so instead of getting refund I payed another 200.00 and bought A nicer washer.Jan 19 truck came wrong washer.Jan 24 my washer still sitting on A dock in Chicago.Jan 26 did not even show up or bother to call.Jan 27 washer came 7 hours late crew sat it down borrowed my pliars to hook up water started A cycle and ran out door along with my pliars I had to level it myself.15 days without A washer A couple of trips to the laundrymat don't even remember how many phone calls A broken baby gate and wet drywall but I finally got my washer thanks Best Buy

The delivery was nice and easy, they called us in advance and showed up when they said they would. Delivery guys were quick and efficient.

The techs were very courteous and polite. They also have great instructions and even pointed out some potential problems with my set up

They did not bring a hose long enough to work. Did not have one on the truck and would not connect the old one. Made me do it. I understand liability, but no one checked in advance for this stuff.
