The installation was great. The guys were very careful. Helped me understand the washer and set it up. It was a pleasure to work with them.

In the past we've always just done things ourselves. As we gotten older we have started to value time vs money more. For how quickly and efficiently Carlos worked it was well worth the investment. Thanks again.

Installation went pretty smooth except I had to replace my water supply shutoff valves. I called the Geek Squad back to recheck the install after the valve replacement.

The process from purchase to installation through Best Buy was smooth. Installers seemed to know what they were doing - though had a bit of difficulty maneuvering in a small space without scuffing the wall.

Installed quickly and took old unit away. Only hiccup is they tested the unit with instructions in machine (but in plastic}

They spoke broken English and didn't arrive on the original date that was scheduled ahead of time. They also didn't level the washer. The machine itself works fine so far

The guys who installed my washer were awesome. They called before they arrived and were professional the entire time they were here. I felt bad that they had to carry my washer and dryer up two flights of stairs but they didn't complain. I was very impressed with them.

We decided not to have Best Buy do the install, instead we did it ourselves. It was a very simple and quick install.

Second installers better than first. First installers did not cooperate. Unfortunately had to return the washer the first time due to malfunction.

Scheduling the installation through Best Buy was a great choice. The workers were on time, courteous, and careful with the removal and replacement of the old washer.

Installers were thorough and Professional. However, not pleased that best buy demands that you use their hoses in order to have the unit installed. I had just bought brand new nylon braided supply hoses that were approved for this unit and was told "they would not work". The steel hoses they put on caused a terrible water hammer that was relieved by putting my hoses back on. They should allow you to sign a waiver to keep your hoses on the unit if you choose.

The two delivery guys were great and brought our machine to our home right on time, got it all hooked up, gave me some friendly tips, and all with a great attitude on Christmas Eve day!!! They did not track in any mud either with dollies ; they carried our new machine in very carefully.

I was scheduled for an afternoon appointment which means after noon. They arrived at 10:30 after calling 5 minutes before to tell me that they would be there in 15. They were incredibly rude, refused to put on booties even after I offered them some the I had previously purchased and got mud on my carpet. The wash works great but the installation process was a nightmare.

The guys that came were great and very helpful. They were very fast with the hookup and gave great instructions on how to use the washer.

Delivery guy changed his time multiple times. He finally showed up as we were about to eat dinner. Initially he called and said there was no washer for us and showed up saying washer in his truck was for someone else and we were the last delivery of the day. He had given my washer to someone else and their washer was still on the truck. They were the same model so i asked him to just give me theirs since you gave mine to them (it was rocket science, he made few calls and thats what he ended up doing). He then proceeded to saying this wont work, that doesnt work etc. Etc. Door will be in the way and wont work even though ive measured multiple times. All he needed to do was push the washer dryer alittle away from the door. THEY only put 8 screws instead of all 16 when they attached the sidekick washer (even though one of the quick note guide emphasizes ALL 16 must be placed!!) and as a result washer rattled and moved like crazy (they took all the spare screws and feet adjusting wrench which we didnt realize until they were gone). I had to call best buy multiple times to explain the situation, went to store to show them the video of it rattling, geek squad had to come out etc etc etc. Oh and they also scratched top rear of washer/dryer while handling. What a nightmare! Geeksquad did a nice job. Best buy adjusted price for the scratches but delivery installing guy was terrible.

Like This Machine this machine Has lot of feature That my old machine did not have For example the machine Measure out the water it has cut down my water bill.

Had a washer, dryer and fridge installed. The people installing took the time to get everything to fit in the tight areas we have in our house, taking the products apart and rebuilding inside to make sure nothing was damaged and everything fit. Far beyond our expectations!
