The technicians were really knowledgeable. The first washer had to be replaced because of dents. The second one was installed greatly. The tech noticed the hose wasn’t installed properly, so he corrected the issue.

The installer did a great job. He removed the old washer with no issues. We found a leak he gave me great advice about fixing it. Great guy.

With the exception of the brand new Samsung washer being scratched and dented I three places, the install was flawless. Very careful going around corners and with my flooring as well. Demo was offered but I declined. All paperwork was presented and they were both very courteous.

Washer and dryer are awesome!! The installers installing the washer broke the plug to the dryer and I had to call a electrician to fix the plug. its just been one big problem and best buy seems to not care that we'll be a week without a washer and dryer. may be the last purchase form them!
