Installers were great. They were neat,efficient, and personable. They came within the designated time frame and called when on their way. Highly recommend this service.

Techs installed pedestal under washer. Delay install was due to item being on backorder and shipping delay's from one best buy hub to another.

Job was done quickly and efficiently. Only issue was that they did not arrive in the scheduled 4 hour window, however, the scheduler called to notify me that they would be about an hour late.

Both installers were professional and courteous. Due to covid-19 they need mask to enter someone's home. They had their mask. The only thing I wish they had were disposable booties and gloves. Other then that great service.

First 2 installers were reluctant to do the install. First one claimed didnt have the stuff needed. Second said because they were 3rd party, they couldnt risk damage (make mistake). Finally last installer, the geek squads not 3rd party, did it in a few minutes. Probably couldve done myself but when pay for it (I think, had lot of promo for july 4th sale) let them do it. Best buy customer service was great helping get it right.

Never buy out of box. Took back and bought new one. It still is not on pedestal. Four weeks and several attempts to get the job done but can’t get the right parts to do install. Frustrating

Bought two pedestals for washer and dryer that came with the purchase of new home. Even though I didn’t buy the washer and dryer from Best Buy, they sent installers on a special trip to my home and installed the pedestals at no charge. Now that is great customer service.

Our installers were excellent. They showed up on time and were very respectful of our home. They were super careful and quick. The entire exchange of washer and dryer took about 15 minutes. Can’t beat best buy delivery

After 2 dented washers this third one came perfect! Quick easy installation. Best Buy does stand behind its guarantee and even though we had replacements we were able to use the dented washers until the replacement came.

Johnny was great setting up my W/D. He made sure everything was up and running and ready to use before he left. Super easy to set up a time for delivery and they communicated well when they found out they would be running late (which was only 15 mins). They were so great!

Prompt and did a great job, the washer was damaged but so they let me know before brightness inside they took care of.paperwork for replacement. The dry.was.perfect and the guys inside installed just how I wanted

Delivery and installers were professional. One of the pedestals was damaged and they informed us and got us ready for our replacement one.

They two guys who came to install our washer and dryer were very nice. They helped with questioned that we had, and walked us through the process. They even showed us all the settings and told us when we needed to do if we were planning on taking them somewhere else.

the men were very professional, and they knew what they were doing and did a great job and answered any question I had.

Delivery team arrived on time. They were professional and friendly (names were Adrian and Yamel). Cleaned up and took all packaging materials away with them. Great job!
