My install waa great although they could bot complete it. My connection was old and rusty so i had to get that replaced.

The duo that delivered and installed the unit were professional and friendly.

It was a bit frustrating that my appt was set for between 4-8pm and I was called at 9am that theyd be there around 1pm, and they basically didn't give me a choice and I had to leave work to be home on time

Best Buy has the best delivery people in the business. They are professional, polite and prompt. They will answer your questions and make sure you are satisfied before they leave. No one can beat their service. I have used them many times and have never been disappointed. Great job!

Guys were nice and prompt. Had hard spiral staircase to move washer down and up. Knocked over a bottle of laundry detergent behind washer & didn’t pick up. I can’t move washer to retrieve it

Giving 3 star just because I didn’t know the delivery was so post to hook up the washer and dryer I purchased . Wife ordered them and told me to go home for delivery. They drop off and told me have a good day and left . Wife got home and ask if they hooked everything up . I said no i did . No complaints I just didn’t know they where so post to . If they where I would have let them. Just miscommunication lol

Great washer. Easy to use. All the bells and whistles needed for laundry needs. I only buy GE for my home and kitchen needs! Get the installation for worry free!

The installation guys were good; they were in and out. Only thing I wish that they would check the appliance before they bring it inside the house.

Washer works well. Impellor is noisier than using an agitator. The washer needs a sound notification when a load is complete.

Installation was good for dryer but I would suggest to be careful during receive the item as sometime I got damage or used Item and the delivery people will not even mention unless you notify them.

The gentlemen that delivered and installed and took away my old washer were very knowledgeable and let me know as the process went on any potential issues I might have with the plumbing.

The two guys from the GeekSquad did a great job at delivery and installation of our new LG washer & dryer combo. Able to navigate the path to our basement laundry room with no issues. Very pleasant and efficient.
