We purchased the stainless flexible water lines, so when BB installed the washer it was very easy for them and we have the piece of mind that the water lines will not burst. Washer water line failure is a major cause of home flooding. BB did a perfect job and were on time.

Installer was less than friendly. He hooked it up. It works. Not pleasant. Very hard to understand him.

Seemed like these tools worked exactly as they were supposed to. The installers were professional and helpful.

The actual installation was fine but the washer was damaged, Best Buy gave me a choice of a $50 Best Buy gift card or a new undamaged washer, I chose the undamaged washer. Then they offered a $75 gift card, I chose the washer. It’s been two months and I haven’t heard anything from Best Buy

So far so good! Love the fact that I can reach the bottom of the basket to get out socks!! i am 5'6"

Crew did not level washer! Placement in house and room was great. I can not get the washer leveled myself!!!

ok service, they could have tightened down the hoses a little more securely so they would not have leaked. Fixed it myself, not a huge issue, but irritating

Fifth time is a charm. This entire debacle started two months ago. The first crew brought out the wrong equipment. From then on it was down hill. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th crews either didn't want to install the washer drawer or didn't know how. After waiting for the product to get received in at the warehouse and coming back out with missing parts, the washer drawer was finally installed two months after purchasing!

Was brought into the with both men wearing masks. The troubles I had during the purchase this delivery was added in scheduled time frame.

We are very pleased with our washer installation. The service people were very efficient while installing the machine and explained everything about the machine to us.

This was necessary for my hookup which I didn’t even know I would need. However, the salesperson made me aware so I would have everything I needed when my delivery came.

Hot and cold lines hooked up in wrong. Other than that it went great. I had to drive 400 miles to switch the lines because it's a rental unit

They were awesome withthe install. Very polite and knowledgeable. Showed me how to ise the washer and assisted in the whole process.

The Samsung washer is really heavy and won’t event be shifted by an inch. Two guys carried it up from the curb to my front door and honesty has my respect. The rest of the installation was easy and problems free.

Washer was delivered and set up 3 days after purchase.

So I was told they weren’t coming 5mins after the time slot and it wouldnt be out until two days later at the earliest. then the crew showed up in the night idk it was weird and largely unorganized. all the people were super nice but the situation itself was stressful.

Installed good. Explained with patience and customized to customer’s specific needs.

I was pleased with the installation of my new LG washer. The installer was friendly and professional. He reviewed the features of the washer and explained questions that we had about our new washer.

LG app alerted me the hot/cold lines are reversed on my washing machine. The App saw cold inlet receiving hot water. App Suggested setting washer to rinse and make sure cold water line is cold. I performed the suggested test and found hot water going into cold line of washer. I called Best Buy and explained it was likely a mistake and could they fix what their installer obviously connected backwards. I was informed since the install is greater than 90 days, I need to pay $25 for them to come out. The only reason I know of the issue is because the App informed me. If I would of known within the 90 days I would have made the request. This service is for professional installation. There's an issue with the install. The issue is with the installer. This does not matter to Best Buy (I'm surprised and disappointed). When asked to waive the $25 fee, Best Buy declined. Best Buy advised I call the manufacturer as the washer is not 1 year old and under LG warranty. Simply stated, Best Buy install is not committed to rectify their mistake without a payment. As a Total Tech member, I have to now consider this when its time to renew.
