Best buy has the best customer service without a doubt. The Geek Squad team that installed our washer was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and helpful. You guys should give this team a raise.

Lead installer very friendly and endorsed LG brand. Got hot and cold water hoses switched. Almost ruined some of my clothes but caught in time

After I had to go behind them and put the hoses on correct to stop it from leaking when I turned the water on it worked fine!

Purchased washer and dryer Samsung. Great team at store very helpful, delivery not so great piece was broken upon installation. Three weeks to repair. Manager at store Norwalk very helpful.

i've got free installation. the first person used a powerful tool to install the screw. it was too powerful so that the screw was kind of damaged. the 2nd guy went back to install my dryer and wanted to use 2 screws instead of 4. He said it was extra. But then he couldn't put the door back on the spot. so he had to unscrew and then put the "extra" screws back. i understand installation and moving such heavy things are hard and they are exhausted. but i just wish they could treat customers' products as their own.

The door to the laundry room was 27.1” and the width of the unit was 27”. I give the tech credit for getting this done because it was not an easy task. To his credit he didn’t give an eye roll and was very professional. I would recommend this service every time.

2 installers took out my old washer and installed the new one upstairs. I was worried about damage to my stairs and walls as it was a tight fit. The guys used this 2 man harness and neither washer touched the ground! Will always use Best Buy from now on.

The gentleman that delivered my new washer was very helpful and patient when installing my washer and even did a test run of the washer to make sure it was working properly before they left

Installers were friendly and completed the install according to previous arrangements. More attention needed however with correctly leveling the washer.

The installation was included at no cost. I think that the cost was covered in the additional expense that I had with the purchase of the dryer power cord and the washing machine fill hose, lol. The techs were polite, personable and efficient.
