they did a pretty good job with the install, however it was not done 100% correctly and they almost threw away a very important piece of equipment neccessary for the steam part of my dryer to work.

The guys came and took out the old washer and installed the new one and made sure it was level. 3 flights of stairs and no scratches on walls or ceilings.

The two young me that delivered and installed our new washer were very courteous and efficient. They had to climb steps to bring the washer in and took the old one out the same way. Very pleased!!

It is a good service to have with new washer that they will install all the water hoses correctly to ensure no water leaks. Also, they can provide a basic features of the washer that need to know before using it.

Everything was done professionally.. I think the check off list should be gone over by the buyer and installer. Otherwise it all went well.

2 washers were brought out, each a week apart. Both damaged on delivery truck, third was fine due to the quality of the third delivery crew. Third crew was very professional, very experienced.

The washer works very good, but every other wash the machine doesn't drain the and spin on the last cycle. It's probably usher error, but the install technician didn't leave the owners manuel.

Our washer was set up without the proper balancing of the machine. We requested a tech return to balance the foundation to prevent shaking. The guys who came were very helpful, knew exactly how to fix the machine and were very trustworthy. Great job!

I recommend having the Best Buy team complete your installation. There was a bad washer in a valve that cause the washing machine to leak water. The delicer team found this upon installation and immediately fixed the issue. They were very friendly and efficient.

They couldn't install the washer because we don't have a long enough drain hose but they were super quick with delivery and they were incredibly helpful with telling me what exactly I needed so that I wouldn't have to pay an arm and a leg for a maintenance man visit
