Installation guys were super nice and helpful. They worked with me to figure out how to handle a broken item, since Best Buy wouldn't help me.

Made my installation really simple. Beats having to move heavy equipment myself.

The men who delivered this to my daughters house were very quick and polite and took away the old washer without making any mess on a long winding trip through the house. It was hooked up and ready to go and she was starting a load of wash as the truck was leaving.

Arrived as scheduled, checked out old unit, disconnected and removed with accomplice. Brought new unit in and installed and checked functionality. Washer is on 3rd floor but they had no issues and did no damage.

Our installation crew was outstanding. They arrived promptly, were professional and efficient. They made sure we understood how our new appliance works and tested it to be certain it was working properly. They were the last, but most impressive part of our purchase.

What a friendly, professional, and careful installer I had in Ahmed. He was thorough, detailed, and particular in my home. Ahmed provided a detailed instructional plan as he educated me on how to use both the new LG washer and dryer. Great installation!

Excellent service , the guys carried my new washing machine up to the second floor and took the old washing machine away

Frustrating to say the least. The delivery men argued with me that I had the wrong stacking kit, that the unit s were not meant to be stacked, and that my install did not include the stacked set. I had to show them how to assemble the units together. They were nice but it was frustrating that I had to do the install absent the heavy lifting. And, they could have acknowledged that I was right.

Sorry I forgot their names, but the people delivering and installing the dryer and washing machine were attentive, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Professional to the extreme, kudos to them.

The installation guys were very professional. They delivered product on the given time and installation was quick. They expained hiw to use the product and were very helpful with our questions.

The washer is extremely loud. I wish I had known that before I purchased it. The 2 guys that did the install were from a 3rd party out of Texas. One of them didn't have a clue what to do, while the other just rolled his eyes at him. They didn't even install 1 of the hoses that I was required to purchase

I was a little concerned about the fit but the installers were very helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure the install was seamless.

They did such a thorough job, even testing the washer and doing a tutorial for me after install. They were wonderful

Arrived on time and did they work. Although the house was definitely dirtier after they left. Didn't do a proper cleanup.

installation cost rip-off, just to attach a hose if one purchase a sofa delivery will place where you want it. BB delivery will drop off inside of home only with no regards for seniors, elderly, or women alone unable to move into position. installer turn to be sure item worked and then asked are there any questions

Delivery men installed my machine. They were very careful securing it to the pedestal and hooking it up. They made sure everything was in working order and patiently answered all my questions.

The installers did an excellent job carrying the old washing machine away and installing the new one. The were clean, polite, did not damage the equipment or any part of my house, and most importantly, did not have any leaks that resulted from the install.

Delivery Truck dump oil/liquid from the vehicle. Neighbor was upset. Advise driver not to do any maintenance work on the vehicle during delivery. Install was smooth and uneventful except neighbor was upset.

Everything worked out as planned they were on time and very friendly and left the place clean
