The washer and dryer set were installed in about 30 minutes. The installers arrived ahead of the scheduled time and were personable and friendly and very efficient.

My old washer died right in the middle of a wash cycle and I was unable to pump the water out of it, which made it well over 300 lb. They were able to remove it and install the new washer with no problem. Neat, clean, and properly done.

When my washer dryer combo was delievered, it only took a couple of minutes for the geek squad to attach all power cords, hoses, and vent attachments before hooking up the unit and testing it. Preparation was outside and there was no mess to clean up.

The two men who installed were right on time and very professional. I had no trouble at all. They called prior to their arrival and even warned me of an additional charge for new plumbing which was fine.

Hassle free! Installers were fast and professional. Great attitudes as well. I highly recommend them.

Very friendly and down to earth service I received. They brought the heavy items directly into our house and it was quickly installed. They went over the instructions with me and answered any questions.

On washer hookup the the hoses were reversed. Hot in cold and cold in hot. Landlord had to fix

The technicians were great, very helpful and went out of their way to show me how to connect some additional things that I had purchased. It is really awesome that Best Buy made this service free. Otherwise I never pay for Installation.

The guys were great and friendly and gave a brief instructions on the care of my appliance and suggested to get the extended warranty (as I’d already done) so that if anything were to go wrong, the parts and/or appliance was replaceable.

No owner's manual was included when the washing machine was delivered. I called LG and ordered one but it still has not been delivered.

The gentlemen that delivered and setup my appliances were very friendly and helpful. They also explained a few things to me without me asking to make sure I had and knew everything I was supposed too.

The installers were great. Surveyed the laundry room, moved the washer in, set it up, and then was very thorough in reviewing the operational instructions with me.

I bought a new washing machine from Best Buy the other day and they offered free delivery. They delivered it without hitting my walls etc. They leveled and hooked up my machine. They made sure it worked and could not have been nicer.

It is good to use and have in the house but still there is a lot of improvement needed.

Best Buy uses a 3rd party for install and delivery. The company xpo has poor communication and they subcontract staff also. Washer was delivered but not installed as the subcontractors found a way not too. 3rd team did install and it was done quickly, but I had to ask questions to get a basic understanding of what they did. I would not buy anything that requires install after this.

The installers arrived on time, completed the install quickly, and cleanup all debris before they left. They also answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.

Excellent service. Delivered earlier than I expected, which worked out well with my schedule.
