Excellent service. Delivered earlier than I expected, which worked out well with my schedule.

Installation was quick. The movers where very good. They even notice the dent in the back of the washer and told me not to worry and explain what best buy would do for me in this case. Excellent service.

Not that is complicated and put a washer dryer in the hooking up purposes it was easy it’s the size of the item which caused me to even have a delivered but I’m satisfied with the product

I paid for the install but when I received the washer and dryer They could not be installed in my garage because of the set up. Later I got a plumper to move the connections back to the laundry room and I installed the washer and dryer in the laundry room.

On time and efficient and knowledgeable of product explaining operation

The actual delivery of the washer was quick. The only problem I did have was the tech had called and left me a message regarding the date and time and to call him if I had any questions. I had a question, called him 3 times over the course of a few days and left messages with no return phone call. Seemed unprofessional to me. But they called 15 mins before arriving.

I have bought my last few washers and dryers from Best Buy and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Great deals and their delivery and installation service is outstanding.

The two men who installed the washer showed up in a timely manner. They were very polite and efficient. They hooked up my washer and balanced it. They gave me a beginners course on how it operates.

Best Buy installation is the best. I would highly recommend them.

The delivery was quick, efficient and without problems. Really pleasant crew.

The Geek Squad installation crew did not follow manufacture installation instructions and failed to do the following: Level the washer (washer rocking front to back) Secure the drain line with elbow bracket included with washer Plug the shipping bolts with hole caps (4) They scheduled to fix the issues, but no one showed up. Then, they claimed that some of the included accessories did not come with the washer. However, LG customer service says otherwise. Wasted bunch of time in the last 2 weeks talking to several customer service reps leading to frustration and anger. They continued to stall so the return window would pass. Avoid my mistakes and review the installation instructions manual yourself and make sure that the installation crew follows it. This will save you hours of frustration. I finally got my own handyman to fix their mess. Totally incompetent and inconsiderate. They offered me $75 for the inconvenience.

I am disabled, so it's hard for me to install things. They were great & very helpful.

Very pleased with the install. The guys doing the installation were very professional. They arrived on time, were extremely polite and super friendly. Highly recommend. I couldn’t be more pleased.

BestBuy team did a great job installing our stackable Washer and Dryer! They took their time to make sure both pieces were leveled and they also did a test run making sure it was no leak.

Guys did a good job getting it up the stairs and installing the washer, but they did a really crappy job installing the washer drain. They jerry rigged it using zip ties to make it work and it ended up causing a huge leak during the first cycle, conveniently after they left. I had to spend money to buy extra projects to make it work. No cool at all.
