Very happy with the Maytag washer and the service on the delivery. Any issues I had was taken care of right away.

Canceled 2nd washer install created in error by me.

Our 2009 LG set went kaput and some repair people said 11years was a great run, so we went with this year’s model. I must say, so far it’s just as good if not better than the last set. Love the steam Function!

Installer was great but can't say the same for Best Buy policy regarding the water hose. Bought the new hose package but since I needed more than the basic 6 ft length the washer was not installed. I had to go buy a new longer one and also go into the store to return the 6 foot one. I was sent many e-mails and texts in the process, actually way too many. You would think that a proper plan would be to ask for the required length of the water hose. It worked for me as I was then able to install the washer myself. Since Best Buy did not install the washer I should not have had to pay the $25 installation fee. It was refunded when I asked. The installer was just fine but he had to follow the Best Buy rules.

Installing my new washing machine was a lengthy and frustrating process. On the first try, I was told that a valve needed to be replaced because it would not close properly. After paying a plumber to fix this issue, I was told that the valve was still not working. After bringing the plumber back again- who confirmed the valve was functioning correctly- the washer was installed on the third attempt. I understand that there was a concern on the initial installation attempt. I believe that an insufficient effort was made to install the machine on the second visit. I should say that the installation crew were very polite, punctual, and communicated clearly about their schedule and ETA. However this should have been easier.

Geek squad installed my new washing machine and dryer. They were very competent and cost-effective. I would have had to spend hours on my own figuring everything out and fixing problems. They did it all in 30 minutes. Totally worth the money.

Some of the best install service I’ve had. The two gentlemen were very nice and got my washer and dryer unpacked and installed in a heart beat. Recommend this service to everyone that shops at Best Buy!

They showed up on time, they didn't ruin anything and even provided advice on how to set it up (washer and dryer install and a vent still needed to be drilled through an exterior wall. They did not do that but advised on what would work best.)

Makes it easy to buy and install your equipment. I just wish Best Buy would use only in house geek squad techs and not third party contractors

The installation technicians that delivered my new washer and dryer were quick, very respectful of not damaging walls or floors, and were very knowledgeable on the products and were able to give me a quick overview of the machines.

The guys were super polite and knowledgeable. They removed the old unit while being respectful towards my home and property.

Every time I have bought an appliance form Best Buy, I have also purchased their installation services. Every time, the Geek squad has done an outstanding job. I highly recommend their installation services.

They were careful getting the dryer around corners not banging walls. They were timely. Kept me posted on the timeframe. Set it up skillfully and gave me a moment to clean where the old one came out very thoughtful not rushed. They did it right
