Nothing out of the ordinary as far as installation. Prior to installation, insure that the house water valves turn freely, that they are not seized, can be fully turned off and there are no leaks to avoid delays in installation time.

The team of guys who delivered my washer were awesome. They were very careful bringing it upstairs leaving zero marks on my walls which I appreciate very much.

The installers of my washer were extremely courteous and efficient. They also made sure that everything was clean and exactly where I wanted it before they departed. I also received several emails, text messages, and phone calls letting me know the status of my installation; however, there was no anti-tip bracket installed and they did not ensure it was level. Free delivery is nice especially if you're not on the ground floor, but if you're able to install it yourself...buy the hardware and D.I.Y.

Not that great, get errors often some times don't know if the detergent is despising

I have never had a better interaction with a delivery/repair/maintenance man. Took the time to explain every detail of the machine, was incredibly respectful and informative, tested before he left. Would rate higher than 5 stars if able.

Very satisfied! Two workers came in and removed old washer and installed new one. They filled washer and made sure it was balanced. I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you!

Crew was on time and efficient. They were knowledgeable about the washer I purchased and provided information on the proper use of the product. They also were very careful about installing the washer and placing it how I wanted it placed.

We had the same installers for alll of our appliances even though the appliances came in on different days. The installers are amazing and so helpful when I had questions.

The installers were very friendly. Have me a few extra minutes to vac and mop floor under old appliances before New ones were installed. They even recommended that I return vent hose because my original one was more flexible, so I actually saved some $!

Got the washer upstairs with no problem. On time. They did do a little damage to my floors, but I noticed it after they left.

If you can unscrew a hose you can install a washing machine but I was glad we had Best Buy do it. They came when I wasn't home and we were good to go. A happy wife is a happy life!
