The guys were very polite, and they did it quickly and A good job.

The delivery & install guys did a great job. I was expecting them to use a dolly to bring the washer to the laundry room, but they didn’t. They used straps to carry it from the garage to the laundry room. I was impressed that they did that instead of using the dolly that could have left marks on the floor. They hooked up the washer and made sure it was balanced and working properly.

The service was great! Although a plumbing issue needed to be addressed before the installation could be completed, all I had to do was schedule a plumbing service call and when it was completed I made 1 quick phone call and the technicians came back and finished the washer installation quickly!

Called ahead and arrived promptly. Done quickly and correctly.

The was a reinstallation service as I moved. The techs had a bit of difficulty as the my product didn’t match the connection. But they were able to fix the problem right there and I haven’t had a problem since. 10 stars

The installers were great. First of all they were good at communicating with me about an earlier time that was available. When they arrived they were careful of the house, willing to answer questions and got the Installation completed quickly and professionally. One of my questions was to do with the extended warranty and they offered to put through my extended warranty for me, but when I decided to wait and call in there was no pressure at all. I appreciate that.

Disconnected and removed old unit and completely installed new unit quickly and professionally. I am satisfied with the installation.

The last group of guys (i believe his name was Bryan) did a great job installing the washer. They were there on time and had it installed and the old one hauled away in less than 20 minutes. He was also nice enough to offer additional help getting a heavy item out of my car for me. Just super nice and very professional.

The geek squad dis a wonderful job! They called that morning. The original time frame was noon to 4pm (it's what we chose). They called and said between 1pm an 2pm. They called again late morning, and said they were on their way and the ETA was 1:55pm. Left a call back number, if I needed to change the time or give directions (they already had them). They arrived, they brought the washer inside, set it up, installed, walked us through it. They were wonderful! I'd use them again and again !
