The technicians installed my washer without any issues. They even tested the washer after installation to make sure that it worked. I really appreciated that so much! I will definitely be purchasing from Best Buy again!

Although we purchased a new washer and dryer mid-March and delivery and in home installation was scheduled a few days later, it was delayed due to COVID 19. It seemed everything that could go wrong did go wrong after that. The washer was finally delivered and installed the last Friday in April. The delivery and install went very well. The gentlemen who completed the delivery and installation were very nice and knowledgeable, making sure we were satisfied with with everything.

The installation went well and the delivery guys provided great service. They explained everything before they left. Installation didn't take long at all.

installers seemed a little unsure of what they were doing, HOWEVER I will never recommended setting anything like this up on your own unless you are a plumber, so I can say that they were awesome and did a great job because moving this beast up 3 fights of stairs and down a narrow hallway was something that I did not have to do and am thankful that best buy offers a set up and installation plan with their new products that you purchase.

Best Buy uses a third party delivery company to deliver the washing machine. They used care when preparing the machine for install. A quick test was performed prior to leaving to confirm the washing machine was in working order.

The installer were on time quick and clean. They did a great job and I'm very happy with my kitchenaid washer

Wonderful installation! The three technicians measured all of the doorways one last time before removing the old machine. The new machine was unpacked, brought down to the basement and attached to the fill hoses in no time at all. I was given the owner's manual while Austen explained the essential elements of machine use. The entire procedure was efficient, expert and friendly

We love our new washer. It gets clothes clean. It's easy to use. It has a lot of settings. We can wash a lot of clothes and even our comforters. It's a great washer! Very happy with this purchase and the price.

The two installers were very professional and they worked as a team. One was prepping the new machine (washer) and the other was disconnecting the old one (he even cleaned behind the machine for us). The installer showed us how to use the machine and suggested that the detergent be an HE one for less suds. Very nice and considerate and considering they installed this during the height of the epidemic they were extremely thorough and followed all safety guidelines.

Um straight up this is a must have! The sheer convenience of having the Bestbuy crew deliver and install my new washer/dryer is ABSOLUTELY worth it! These guys were professional and courteous and had things taken out and replaced super fast! They set, leveled and made sure everything aspect was checked and that I was satisfied before they left. Bravo Bestbuy!! Will definitely purchase this again the next time I need other appliances!!

Worth it. They did it so much quicker than I would have. Makes Total Tech Membership worth it! The only negative I will say, is I reported to them twice that I wouldn't be there because I had to work, so I gave them the name and number of who to call who would be there to let them in, yet they still called me. Again, ONLY negative.
