Washer is very noisy and does not signal when the load is finished.

They have to come 3 times, but eventually they got it right. The first time it was my fault,. Then they have to come to install the washer and then the 3rd time they took the old washer away.

delivery was very thorough, i was not expecting a tutorial of how to use it but they gave me the whole detail how to use the machine! they even told me the tidbits of what to avoid and what should be done to prevent the machine from breaking down.

The guys were very polite and professional. They came on time, called me when they were on their way, took my old, broken washing machine and installed the new one in a short time. Explained the functions of the new machine as well and ran a test cycle.

This machine was installed correctly. The installer was not professional. He asked for a drink and he left dirty handprints on the washer.

The installation was done on Labor Day and the crew from Best Buy was very quick and neat. They took the old unit and cleaned up all the cardboard from the new. It only took about 1/2 hour to complete.

They had delivered and installed as expected, but for some reason, a second driver called for the same delivery... since ours was done, just told them we got it already... they said "oh"

Delivery was great the second time. First washer leaked 5 Min after crew left. 2nd team removed faulty washer and stayed and made sure washer was good.
