Install overall seemed good. Until I ran the washer a few times. The installer didnt tighten hoses properly and had a few gallons of water poured onto the floor during the second wash cycle.

The delivery guys were so professional, courteous, and had the washer set up in no time. They hauled off my other one. They were so polite. Excellent customer service!

Installers did a great job installing the washer. Very nice to work with. They hooked it up with no leaks. It was well balanced and ran a starter cleaning cycle before leaving.

Scheduled my delivery from 8am-12pm. Received a reminder the day prior to delivery and received a call promptly at 8am on day of delivery stating they were on their way. Once arrived, they were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional.

The delivery guys called about 15 min ahead of time, were very friendly, installed quick, and were gone. Almost that fast. They asked if they could help with anything, but since I knew the machine already, I just asked them to do my dishes haha

Installment was quick and easy. Would use Best Buy in the future for major appliances.

The guys installed both washer and dryer in about half hour. They stayed for washer to run through 2 loads as well as the dryer to do the same. They explained how each works and entertained all of our questions. We were pleased with services.

I like the washer. I still don't know everything about the machine. For normal washing it is wonderful. I haven't tried all options.

The gentleman who delivered the new Washer were courteous, punctual, and efficient! Washer was delivered, set up, and ready to go in 40 minutes!

The washer install did not level the machine, but BestBuy sent another crew who fixed it. The initial install gets a Fair rating. The return crew gets an excellent rating.

Both of the guys showed up on time, called on their way, we’re polite and quick in their delivery and installation. Couldn’t ask for better service!!

The installers were very friendly and respectful. Took all safety measures seriously and cleaned up after themselves very well. Even cleaned fingerprints from the wall that was touched.

You will be suprised at the efficiency and professionalism of Best Buys installation crews. They did a fantastic job installing, cleaning up after themselvs, and giving us detailed instructions on the machines capabilities and operation.

New washer was installed after the recall. All went great other than the exhaust mechanism install that could have been a bit more customized. I recommend this install team.

On time and professional. Install went without a hitch. On really count on my machines. This one meets all my expectations except one. Seems to run a little louder than my last LG.

I opted to have the old washer and dryer taken away and had the washer installed. Then he went through how to use the washer with me. Did a good job with everything and was friendly. Gave advanced noticed the day before and the morning of delivery.

The installers took the time to install and test properly. The door will not lock and they report the issue. I receive a callback shortly to schedule a pickup and drop off.

5* for the price great washing machine would recommend
