The young men installing my refrigerator were very efficient & professional. They gave instructions on the use of the refrigerator.

the washer install was a breeze for the installers. The took very good care of the placement of the washer next to the sink and prevented any scratching even though it was a close fit.

Our LG Washing Machine was installed in a very professional manner and all of our questions answered. Use of machine was explained in full.

I recently had a washer delivered and wow was the team great. Came when they said they would, were very courteous and after installing the new washer , they spent a good 45 minutes to an hour going over every detail. Wonderful value add!

I like the washer but the only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t have a fabric softener dispenser!

So now they tell me the order is completed. But when I ordered it they said they would install it a month later. How can the order be completed if it hasn't been installed yet. And the installation was supposedly free. On the upside, the appliances work well even though we installed the dishwasher ourselves.

Nice guys. Came on time. Were unable to completely hook up due to line issues, but would use service again.

Salesman messed up and didn't include all the parts needed for install, installer had them get the parts at no additional cost and made second trip to install at no additional charge. Also had to put in very tight space with no complaints.

Old washer was removed and the new washer was installed and tested. An explanation was given as to how the washer worked. Any questions I had about the new machine were answered. It was obvious that the installers knew the products they install.

Best Buy came and got me set up in a matter of minutes -- the guys were courteous, knowledgeable -- and strong (one guy just picked my washer right off the ground to get it into the right spot.

The last team was so awesome to work with. They moved my washer and dryer, so the doors opened together and not opposite. Plus, they added my pedestals.

The Installers were very efficient in installing the new washer and taking away the old washer. I highly recommend the appliance installers from Best Buy.

The person that installed my washer, Ramon, was excellent. He was professional and he knew what he was doing. He gave us helpful suggestions regarding the washer. I was very pleased.
