The 2 guys that came in to install the washer were on time and very professional. While it may seem like the store is nickel and diming you, it's worth it to let them handle everything and haul the heavy machine.

Love my washer and dryer so I was upset when the installers scuffed the washer on the wall. Definitely beats carrying them down the stairs yourself and off loading them from your truck but I would've hoped they were more careful.

Installer was late, but did a fairly good job installing. The units are too far from the wall. They did not have a low profile duct for the drier so both washer and drier are almost a foot out from the wall. The installer also did not tighten one of the water connections and it began spraying water all over the utility room as they were leaving. We had to flag them down and they came in and tightened the connection.

If you can't install an appliance, I would recommend to use their Installation professionals. Friendly and wore a mask upon entering my home. Thanks Best Buy!!

Installation was not great because the installers didn’t seem to know the product and did not test a full cycle or explain features.

They unloaded the machine conected the hoses , but couldn’t level it ,guess what ? 3 of the Adjust studs were bent , unplugged and took it back ,, they are good guys

I have had a few appliance or electronics installations from Best Buy and they have always been top notch. The installation of my washer was a little disappointing. The crew of two did not arrive at my house with the appropriate tools for the installation of a washer. Both seemed to be hard workers, but neither were professional enough to remember to bring their tools to work with them that morning. Unfortunately, Best Buy appliance installation may be a "luck of the draw" affair.

My installer was so informed about washer installation that he informed me about a designated drain that I was not aware of. All of my previous machines were connected to the tub for drain. They were timely in the removal and installation process.

Exactly what you would expect for an appliance delivery. They hooked up the washer and set it up. Was respectful of my property and home.

The washer and dryer were delivered by two men, They did not need to install the units. They worked quickly and were professional.

I was glad that I chose to have the Geek Squad handle the installation of my new Maytag washing machine. They were knowledgeable and professional--offered me sound advice which made me feel comfortable using it straightaway.

Your guys ended up not installing the washer as we already had the hoses on the spigots and there was nothing for them to really do. Not sure if we were charged for this or not.

Showed up early. But called ahead to confirm change of timing. Set it up and hauled it away. All good.

We installed the product ourself, but the delivery guys was awesome. They helped bring it in, gave us set up tips and saved us money by using old hose and returning the one purchased.

The Best Buy Team always outdoes itself going the extra mile to ensure delivery and installation run smooth. They are super courteous and follow Covid protocol.
