The 3rd party staff used were super friendly and fast! They arrived on time and took the packaging off the machine, installed everything and removed the old washer within half an hour. Definitely recommend using them again!

Guys that came to install our washer were very quick, and professional. They were courteous enough to remove their shoes when they saw we had a please remove your shoes sign in the front of our house. They also were friendly enough to let us know this would be the best time to sweep up and clean the area before they installed the new washer. They were in and out literally within 10 minutes.

Installation was fast and painless. They didn’t make a mess or break anything in the way up the stairs and I am thankful for that.

I have owned this washer for two years. Knock on wood, it has given me no issues. Clothes come out, clean and fresh and if you simply leave the door a jar there are no issues with mold or mildew smell.

Our installation service was great. The associate arrived in a timely manner after calling to make sure it was a good time. He brought all the tools and supplies he needed and got it done very quickly and efficiently and provided his name and number if there were any issues, which was a good way to build trust and gave me confidence in the quality of the job right off the bat.

Long time customer, always good value. There was a ding on the unit, but Best Bay promptly delivered/installed a new unit to replace the first one.

Evrything works great but i alredy had the water lines and was charged anyway which is no big deal. I wish they had made sure the washer was level though. It shakes and i dont have the strength to move it myself.

The team from the Geek Squad were amazing! They were respectful and courteous. When bringing the washer into the house, they made sure they did not hit any walls. Took their time to ensure the appliance was installed correctly. The team even did a test running to ensure it was working as expected. They went above and beyond to ensure the installation went perfectly.

The delivery guys showed up a little bit early and I had to rush to get home. It was mid-afternoon and I think I was the last guy on their schedule. They were very pleasant, helped me out a lot. It was a washing machine installation and they hung out for an entire cycle to make sure there were no problems. Throw them a few bucks when they're done they'll appreciate it

The two who installed the washer were verky professional. They were quick and knew what to do. To get it where it had to be the washer had to lift over the edege of a counter witch I didn't think two people could do. They did it. I was amazed.

The gentlement hat installed my new wash machine were very efficient! It didn't take ong for them to remove the old and put in the new. Thy even explained to me how to get it going for the first wash

As summary description indicates, I'm overweight and lazy. The last thing I want to do is spend time installing new appliances, and then trying to figure out where I messed up. You other heavy boys know what I mean....install a new washer/dryer, or pay a bit and have the option to take a nap. Yep, the latter is the only option. These installers are so good, quick, and efficient. Everything they did was fast, and works perfectly. Back for my afternoon nap now, thank you Best Buy for the excellent service.
