Washer installation was done well, quick, and without any issues.

Installed and hooked up our new washer and gas dryer. I didn't even notice a dent until the installer mentioned it and said they would replace it with a new one. I would have given them 5 stars because of this but they didn't finish hooking up the water for steam so we couldn't use it until they arrived a week later with the replacement. It would have been nice to use it while we waited. Loved everything once it was corrected.

Noon to 8pm install window. Notified at 1:30pm of arrival time 2 pm. Actually arrived a few minutes early. Had old washer ready as I had disconnected the water lines and drain hose. Old washer pulled out and new washer placed in laundry room. Hose and lines connected and tested. Washer run thru test cycles and operation explained to wife. Gone by 2:30 pm. Wife had first load in new washer within minutes. Good not have been a better install.

This was an excellent team. They were extremely professional and kind. They stayed to make sure the machine worked and installed it within 20 mins MAX. They were wonderful.

Geek squad did a great job installing the washer. However, after I returned from vacation of one week (washer was installed and sat for a week before use) and noticed a debt on the top right side of the door. Fortunately another installation was scheduled for an unrelated issue and the geek squad member is helping us with it

Professionals came in hook everything up found a valve leak fixed it and everything is well

Was in happy when they delivered the washer the only question that I asked them was is it level they said yes it wasn't even close. I called them and they sent someone out to level it but he didn't want to take the time to do it right and it was worse so I called again they sent someone else out to level it Rubin took the time to do the job right and it is so nice. The quietest washer we ever had. I wish our dryer was that quite.
