The installers had a problem with connection without leaking. Finally connected correctly and they did not want to test it.

I always dread appliance delivery because I always get some damage to my walls or carpets ruined. This time, the crew was fairly good. They came, installed, and hauled out.

They were only fairly familiar with their own tools to be used on the job, needed my instruction on using Channel locks, had trouble figuring out what would level the washer which they did not do, they only kept it from wobbling not leveling, I leveled it after they were gone, of course they did bring it in which helped me the most

The guys we're very very friendly they took the old washer away remind u that I had to pay an extra $20 just for them to take it.. Remind u that the washer was $775.00.. I would recommend the product but not the store

Your delivery/install guys were great!! They removed old washer and hooked up the new unit and tested it to make sure nothing leaked , they even showed and explained the settings and how to use each one!! Fantastic!!

We knew we already needed to buy parts to hook up our washer and dryer, and Best Buy let us know that if we purchased their recommended parts then they would have a team come out a do a free installation. It was a no brainer for us.

very professional and knowledgable staff. The only thing was that they had to charge me 15$ for moving the old machine 5 feet. The guy in store was supposed to tell us but never did. So not the fault of people who came for installation.

The guys that came and installed the washer and dryer were GREAT, even though the dryer power cord was not long enough to place stacked units where I wanted them. But they showed us how to move them easily once we had the longer dryer cord.

Replace and haul away the old whirlpool washer with Samsung washer. Will replace old whirlpool dryer with Samsung dryer also.
