The installer called before he came. He was courteous and cleaned the area. He was very helpful and we are happy with Best Buy. We will definitely buy from them and have them install when we buy our other appliances

The installation team was friendly, quick, and proffesional. Both dry and washer were installed within a 45 minute period. No trash left behind, no marks on the door, doorframes or other areas from install. All around good experience.

Excellent experience. Both installers were very courteous and professional. They took time to ensure there was no damage to our washer or our home. They double checked all water connections to ensure there were no leaks. Would highly recommend.

As with our dryer the gentlemen that showed were very professional, polite and knowledgeable.

Washer is very different than any washer I have ever had. Clothes come out very clean and don't look faded when they come out of my new dryer. I am very pleased with my newest purchase.

The two guys who installed were excellent. They called the day before to ask if I had received the propane conversion kit in the mail. After replying no, they brought their own. Set up was great and they went over everything with my wife.

Great communication, prompt and left no mess , have great tips too to help maintain the washer and dryer .

The staff was exceptionally the person went above and beyond to assist my elderly parent

This was a recall replacement. I just wish Samsung would do something to make the washer match the dryer since they discontinued the outside finish we originally had.

When the installation text came to install the washer, the tenant had left water in the tub, making it too heavy to carry. Rather than making a big deal about this they offered to come back later in the afternoon, which they did.

Good to use and I liked it but they r charging for items

Would have given them five stars if they would have just opened the cold water valve once they finished the installation. I would chalk it up to them being in a rush.

The first installers came on time - but were NOT prepared for the installation. They claimed that we didn't have the proper hoses for the dryer and blamed it on our salesman and left. The paperwork CLEARLY stated exactly what our order needed - someone didn't want to do their job. Luckily my awesome salesman was able to get someone else out later that day so we could get out washer and dryer installed. I would've given the installation 5 stars if the second set of installers would've come the first time!

Worked quickly and professionally. Noticed machine was damaged and provided me clear steps to replace the machine. Helpful and professional.

The installation process for the washer was good. They had to go up 3 stories to install it and they did that without making holes in the walls.
