The delivery team quickly assembled the washer and dryer set and pedestals and installed everything.

Installers were very courteous and knowlegable. Carefully brought the machine in the house and located it. Installed all the hoses and ran a test. every thing was neat and clean.

When they installed my washer they turned it on and left. Well I noticed water had leaked on my floor. I called and told them about it and someone advised they would have someone call me to correct the issue. Well some days went by and no one called. So I in turn called the dispatch number and the lady had someone out to my house the very next day to properly connect the water hose and I haven’t had anymore leaks. Wish I remembered her name because she was amazing!!!

The guys who installed my washing machine were fantastic! They were friendly and incredibly professional! They made sure my washer was working properly before they left.

Great install but when they started up the machine for its initial test, they forgot that the paper manual no other documents were inside. Ruined the instruction booklet.

Excellent installer. Explain how to use, etc. Very patient.

So glad I got the delivery option with my washer so I did not have to figure out everything. I still need to read the manual however it made things easier that they took care of it all!

The gentlemen who delivered my washer and dryer, also removed the old set. They called about a half hour out to give me a heads up they were on the way. They were professional, helpful, made sure I had no issues before they left.

The two gentlemen who installed my washer was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They made sure I knew how to work the washer and manage the water levels.

Delivery was good, and installation was professional but impatient. They had many other deliveries and we had issues with fitting. In the end, it was done as needed.

Personnel was easy to work with & addressed concerns which was much appreciated.

First washer was a lemon! However, Best Buy went above and beyond and replaced it without any problems! Extremely pleased!

I do not like the fact that you have to purchase all new equipment to get it installed(dryer cord, Dryer duct, and washer hoses). About $75 for stuff that I already have that worked fine. I guess its my fault for not telling my wife but I would have liked to keep all my old chords and hoses. There was nothing wrong with them but they were removed with the old dryer and washer. I was told by one employee you could hook back up your old stuff and return the new parts they made you purchase.
