It was a good choice to get LG washer and dryer . Best Buy service was great.

The only thing I would have liked in addition to what was done would be a more clear explanation of how the washer worked. Otherwise, they were excellent.

We had taken out the old washer and dryer ahead of time to do another project. So getting old hoses off and having the area ready was done. The Best Buy installers suggested we switch the W/D location around. Which has worked out great.

My installation team was very professional. They set up my washing machine, tested it, and checked for any leaks from the machine or the hoses. I was shown the basics of running a wash cycle, and given advice on use of detergent.

The first washer came off of the truck damaged significantly with one entire side and part of the back completely crushed, I had waited all day for for the delivery only to be told they could not bring another one the same day. Customer Service said the damage was not that bad, he had seen worse and tried to talk me into accepting it. I refused to accept the washer and was given specific instructions about redelivery. I followed the instructions but the following week they scheduled it only as an install but no washer saying my washer was already delivered which it wasn't, again I had taken off work and waited several hours. After another lengthy conversation with Customer Service I rescheduled delivery and installation for the following week. I had to take a 3rd day off of work and wait several more hours to have the washer delivered and installed.

I was pleased with the ease and efficiency of the removal of old washer, and the smooth installation of the new one. I was informed about how it worked as the installer ran a wash cycle to be certain of operation.

The install team were very caring not to disturb my laundry room. Cleaned up all their things. The guys were very caring and friendly and informative.

Installers were prompt and efficient. Washer was ready to go when they left. No issues

Absolutely amazing!!! They were in and out. Removed the old washer, plumbed the new one, leveled it and were gone in less than 15 minutes. Very nice job!!!

They were great. Did a wonderful job. Came in hooked it up and no leaks. Then the washer lasted 2 weeks and stopped working

Installers were fast, courteous, and clean. They easily removed my washing machine from my basement and carried the new one down.

The washer works fine. The “drawer” that you pull out to add the liquid detergent and fabric softener is very inconvenient. The fabric softener section is way in back and hard to put the softener into it. Apparently, it also cannot use the detergent pods. Also, it does not have a light inside the washer. The installation was inexcusable and unprofessional. The installer didn’t even connect the drainage hose so that when we ran the first cycle, it flooded our laundry room, part of the pantry and into the kitchen. He also did not have the correct brackets to stabilize the stackable dryer on top of the washer and we were required to go out and buy them. The installer didn’t do a tutorial on the washer or explain the extra parts he left inside. He didn’t even turn on the washer to make sure it worked or was properly installed. When we complained to the Best Buy customer hotline online, we got no response. There was no responses to the so-called 24-7 customer service phone line either…. a recording said they were not accepting calls every time we called for days.

This is the best product to use in the installation of my washer. It is easy to use and perfectly match on the screw to use.

The guys that came to deliver and set up my washer and dryer were awesome. They gave me additional tips on how to maintain them and also what to do if I ever move and want to take the machines with me so I don't mess them up on the road.

The delibery/install team hooked up the Hot/Cold hoses backwards. I ruined an entire load of clothes that were supposed to be washed on a delicate cycle with Tap Cold water. Since the hoses were backwards the washer used boiling hot water leaving my clothes ruined in the process. Bestbuy will take no accountability as they said "we hire 3rd party delivery and install techs, as per our contract we are not responsible." i am getting ing no where dealing with the 3rd party company. I purchased this item from Bestbuy not a 3rd party, I would expect bestbuy to step in and make this right. This has been a huge waste of my time with countless hours on the phone. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere as they clearly don't care about the customer.

Ordered a washing machine with delivery and installation. They had just two option for time windows. Both were 6 hours long. Not a fan of that but I get it with coronavirus. I choose 12pm-6pm. At 6 I still gave them the benefit of the doubt since I live kinda in the middle of no where. At 7 I decided to chat with an online agent. They said delivery was scheduled for the next even tho I had the receipt with the date next to me and also got the call the night before saying they’d be there the next day. Then as I am chatting with them I get a call from a woman who said her delivery drivers were an hour away and would be there that night. She said they tried to call but they must have not wrote the number down right because I never got a call til then and obviously bestbuy had the right number since the automated message called me the night before. Love the washer but just a terrible ordeal with delivery. Installers were fast. I’ll give them that.
