Professional movers and installers on my new washing machine. Had to walk down the steep slope to deliver my washer in the basement. They also removed the old one.

The install crew was amazing! The 2 gentleman were so helpful and set everything up perfectly. They went above and beyond and their help was very appreciated

No problem with installation. Door frame damaged and washer scratched trying to force through a back door. Got stuck had to force out the door and bring through a larger front door. If you see it doesn’t fit don’t damage property trying to force it through. There was another larger door that was eventually used after the bot washer unstuck from back door jam.

The Installers were very professional!!! They knew what to do right away. Very efficient!!!

Did not work well with audio cords included. Had to buy HDMI to get it to work.

The guys who installed our washer and dryer were awesome. We felt bad, because we have 3 flights of stairs. Not that we built it that way, so we tipped them BIG!

Always satisfied with our purchases at Best Buy. Wash machine was delivered on time, friendly delivery men and informative. The machine works as expected.

Paid for washer and dryer installation. The shutoff valve for the washer had a bit of corrosion and the old hose did not want to come loose. The BB contractor took a picture of it and said they could not risk breaking the faucet. I asked them to give me a minute. I grabbed a wrench and was able to remove the old hose. While I was doing that they picked up the packaging from my garage and drove off! Because my dryer was in front of the water valves, they did not install that either. I got a friend to help me temporarily move these monsters (they are very heavy with the pedestal bases and don't slide easily) and was able to connect water and gas and dryer vent. We needed to use them NOW. I contacted my BB salesperson, and he was able to schedule a new team to come out a few days later to push them into the proper place and adjust the leveling. I am pleased that BB stepped up to make it right. It is sad the 1st team left prematurely which frustrated us and cost BB extra for the second team to come out. This would have been 0 stars, but BB did fix the problem. And I'd still have to recommend them because these are very heavy and the average homeowner would struggle with them.

when the installers finnished installing the dryer they installed the washer my only complaint is they never tested the water to find out if the hoses would leak

Guys doing the install were great. I'm not a fan of people I don't know in my home but they were so kind and easy to deal with. I had no problem having them come back when we bought an oven and leaving my wife and kids home alone.

The installers were in a rush. They did not connect the drainage tubing per the manufacturer's requirements. Also did not level the washer perfectly. Did not wait for the cycle to finish which would have verified that the washer was level or not. 2 stars only because they were very courteous and polite.

These guys were good! Take out old washer, install the new one, check for proper operation . . . and it only took about 20 minutes. Properly masked-up and careful and nice guys!

My installation was quick and easy the Best Buy associates knew exactly what they were doing and they did a great job thanks.

The delivery time was as expected. The washer was hooked up, pressed a button to make sure it worked and the team left. After they left, we found the spin cycle shook the whole machine and we had to level the machine to help the issue. Also, a quick guide was left with us but no user manual. We have contacted the manufacturer and found one online but want a paper manual so we have to wait for it to be sent
