My installation crew was terrific. They were careful and efficient. They even let me clean behind and under where the old machine was before they installed the new one. Very helpful and courteous when I asked a few questions.

Guys were clean, ready, and efficient. They were patient as well as we cleaned the area before install. They assured us to take our time. They also made sure of no leaks.

I pointed and asked them a few questions and before I knew it they were already out the door and the products seem to work as they’re intended to do so far

I was most pleased with the young men who delivered and installed my daughter's washer. They were very kind and very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure things were correct.

Geek squad came in and new exactly what to do. They removed my old one. Thy had all the right tools.

The washer was not correctly leveled. I am now routinely having to readjust the feet.

Was a nice perk to have the tool set with the washer. That way can keep it with the washer and not have to go find the right size when needed.

The washing machine works great and the price point was good. However I am giving a two star review due to having to schedule three different installations due to washing machines coming in dented I am assuming from the ware house.

I am a DIY’er, but the geek squad installation was so easy. The two guys that set up the washer and dryer and installed them were professionals. I did not have to lift a finger. They cleaned up and were very polite.

The installation was done professionally and I they ran a test cycle. I gave only 3 stars because of the delivery issues.

Installation was great. However, they gave me a 4 hour window which they were 3 hours late for the window.

Not happy with installation. First, the washer was delivered for the second time with dents on both sides. Very frustrating to have damaged goods delivered twice in a row. Installers didnt seem to know how to work machine & had to be asked to level it.

The installed the new washer and removed the old washer with no mess. The only close call we had was the fact the shutoff was rusty and every one was hesitant about shutting off the water may break the pipe. But it did not .

Purchased the installation on a new washer. It was a great deal since my collge graduate was not able to do herself. It was installed professionally and checked for operation. My graduate can now do laundry at her convenience!

Just have the professionals do it and don’t worry about it. Also don’t forget to purchase the recommended items from Best Buy.

Delivery was on time and quick. The installation was completed in a very short time. The delivery guys were top notch. They were respectful and answered all of my questions.
