Best buy staff came in installed my product using safety measures wear their mask. And not only installed it but demonstrated how to use the product properly.

The LG Washer was installed yhru Best Buy. The crew did a very clean job. Cleaned up afterwards asked if we had questions. Were careful to not bang up walls.

Washer has lots of features. Spin and dry, Spin delay (if you start the washer and go away, it will spin every so often to prevent stagnation. A well rounded washer. Load up detergent for many loads ... nice

The installation went great! The guys wore masks; were friendly and even came back to the when I thought something was wrong (when there wasn’t). They were patient! Great job.

The installation team for my washer and dryer called the night before with a shorter time frame, called 30 min before arrival and installed the washer and dryer very quickly and explained the features well.

On time, respectful, took care of new equipment, installed in place, nothing damaged. Hauled all packaging material away and didn't leave a mess. Wish our home movers would have treated our stuff this well!
