they where fast and super carefull not to scratch and damge are wood floors

The workers installed the machine with ease and used the hoses we had. They gave us the manual and showed us how to use the machine!

We wait a week to get installed they leave did not plug in. We called and they contacted installers and they told them it was too late we have to wait till next week. Called Best Buy see if they can come out sooner. The person I spoke to toll free number said she will e-mail the store manager in Stafford Va. store and let him know the issue and I will be receiving a e-mail from him. Never heard from him. We tried to plug in ourself and could not. Finally the week comes and they hook up washer and leaves. They did check to see if it works. When I went to dry we realize they knoted the dryer vent off. We were able to fix, but was not easy. I will NEVER buy another appliance from Best Buy. It is all about the associates, forget the customer.

The delivery guys were professional, wore masks, practiced social distancing and had everything done quickly and efficiently. Thank you Best Buy! I'm very happy with my purchase.

The Best Buy installers that came to my house were super friendly. They inspected the merchandise with me and tested the unit to make sure everything was in order. They answered the few questions I had and were very professional.

Let’s just say you’d hope a new washer would be installed properly from the onset! I purchased this wonderful GE washing machine and, frankly, installation was sorely lacking and now worse! Because the installers DIDN’T attach the washer to the cold water so use had been very limited and, now can’t be used at all. You’d think they’d have made an effort!!! It’s in a very tight space and now, considering it was only attached to the hot water, my water heater is out and I have NO WATER RUNNING INTO THE WASHER AT ALL!!! Add, the drain hose wasn’t attached well and now water pours onto my floor! If I could move the washer, it’s extremely heavy, I could reattach and secure the drain hose, what the installers DIDN’T do!!! Needless to say the installers did a really bad job and my awesome and expensive washer is useless! Saying I’m livid is an understatement!!!
