I prefer to shop at Best Buy for appliances over big box stores like Home Depot or Lowe's because I think the salespeople are more informed and attentive and the installers are better trained. Best Buy contracted with the installation company for the delivery and installation of my washer, and I was very pleased. They were careful with the appliance and knowledgeable about the installation. My washer was supposed to come with hoses but they weren't in the box, so they provided another set without any hassle. I would highly recommend their services.

BB always does good installations. They installed our washer for us and everything. They even noticed out tubes (for water) we bought from them were not as good as the ones we currently have. So they asked if we wanted to return the tubes or not. We did and it saved some money. No issues with the washer installation. However while not related to BB per say, we were told another company comes and gives you $50 for your old washer. The company said they don't do that now. So we had to bring it to a scrap yard. Not a big deal but its ok. Not BBs fault.

Delivery and installation was done quickly and professionally. They removed old appliance and installed new one within 30 minutes.

My wife is extremely touchy about customer service - if she is happy with the install, it was a good install. I was at work, but the gist is that the installers were on time, they installed quickly and efficiently, showed her how to run the machine, and took away the old machine when they left. My only beef is that, according to the web site, rubber hoses come with the machine, and since I paid for them, they should have been delivered along with the optional/recommended steel hoses that I ordered - and they were not. But i won't knock the install guys for that.

The technicians were quick and efficient in getting our washer and dryer installed.

Used as accordingly and happy we bought it. We live over an hour away and was happy we got the use out of it.

I couldn't be happier with my installation team! They were promt and extremely professional! My new washer was installed in a flash, I think they were at my house maybe 20min. It was a strate shot into my garage but they did have to push it up hill from the street since I have a very steep driveway. I would love to be able to request this same team for future instalations!

Came hours after the window that was given. Brought the wrong item into the apartment. Did not connect the washer to water supply. Brought a install kit that was missing pieces and initially the wrong kit for that washer/dryer. My personal handyman did the install after they left due to their incompetence. Their truck was poorly packed and loaded. Our washer and dryer were behind other bigger objects. They were clearly frustrated and annoyed. I waited all day for them and their attitude sucked and they were less than personable when asking questions or pointing out they brought the wrong items and that they were supposed to install.

They came in and removed our old washer quickly and put in the new one. Very polite and did a nice job.

They were in and out no problems or setbacks everything went smooth.

When my old washing machine died, I thought it was going to be a huge hassle to replace it. My experience was quite the opposite! I went to my local Best Buy on a Friday evening after doing some research online. I selected the washing machine I wanted, and it was available for delivery and installation on the following Monday. The delivery arrived on time, the old washing machine was removed and the new washing machine installed and running a test cycle within 10-15 minutes of their arrival. This was the easiest replacement I have ever experienced.

Maytag washer is an excellent product. Love new improvements, including how quietly it operates.

The gentlement hat installed my new wash machine were very efficient! It didn't take ong for them to remove the old and put in the new. Thy even explained to me how to get it going for the first wash

The two gentlemen that installed our dishwasher were wonderful. As they took the plastic off the dishwasher, I mentioned that the guy’s who installed our stove microwave and refrigerator did not remove the plastic. We smelled burning plastic the first time using the oven. I realized there was plastic that needed to be removed. I’m glad I caught it. The dishwasher installation was done professionally.
