washer installers were great and they delivered and installed it 3 flights of steps with no problem

I got home to one new and one old hose hooked up because the worker couldn’t install both for some reason.

It’s basic installation, but if you’re installer is lazy or behind schedule they may not tighten things all the way- just double check all work

Product is good. It's too early to give review, using it for 3 mos. I like the vent system.

The Best Buy personal who arrived to delivery, install, and haul away our new Maytag washing machine were efficient, courteous, and very professional.

Delivery was made within the timeframe scheduled. Removed recalled Samsung washing machine and assisted in getting info from machine required for Samsung refund form. Accomplished all tasks politely and efficiently.

Self installed. Salesperson did not mention to make sure gas was disconnected for installation. Replaced washer. Stackable with dryer on top.

It went well. Everything works and was quick and easy.

My delivery was a week late due to an issue with the product stock. The installation was barely an installation. They took my old washer and got water all over the floor and didnt bother to clean it. I had to before they brought the new unit in. They brought the new unit in, hooked up the tubes. But that's where it stopped. They didnt open the installation checklist or bother to use the parts located in the drum as pointed out by the guide. Thankfully I had already read the manual online prior to it getting here. They didnt install the drain hose properly or securely using the device which came packaged. They didnt check the machine for leveling. They didnt check the machine to make sure it took in water correctly without leaking. Many people have complained about this machine being defective. Without the drain hose being installed correctly, it won't dry and mine was not installed correctly.

Needed for installation and works like it needs to.

Ok these guys had a challenge. My washer and dryer are in a closet that I have to take the doorway apart in order to have a chance on getting it in. They had move dryer too. They got it in with no issue and a smile!

Professionals ,only draw back they refused to use my old hoses that worked fine so I had to use the new one I could have saved me more money

The guys that brought my washer to install where very personable. he made sure everything was running smooth and explained to me who to call if I had questions.

The guys who installed my washing machine were very helpful. They made sure I knew the features and made sure I addressed all of my questions. They also gave great advise in regards to the product.
